The control panel in the room cannot be set! During this time, the main control room has turned off the refrigeration function! ! ——We checked in on the 8th of this month. Xi'an has been quite hot these days. The room temperature in the room I stayed in was still close to 30 degrees at night. It was impossible to cool down effectively. The hotel sent me a fan, but it was still of no use. , they changed my room the next day, with a different orientation, but it still made a slight difference, treating the symptoms rather than the root cause! It wasn't until the last two days when Xi'an rained and the temperature dropped that the room temperature dropped, and I only had a good night's sleep for two days! 2. The facilities are extremely aged. The marble panels of the basin are broken and were filled with resin glue later. They look cheap! The visual perception is too bad; and the socket next to the makeup mirror is just a decoration. The hair dryer cannot be used at all. You have to find other sockets to use the hair dryer! Let's talk about the sanitary ware in the hotel. The basin is printed with the "Duravit" trademark, which is fake at first glance. The glaze is not smooth, especially the toilet seat. It takes a long time to start pouring water until the water temperature is hot enough. Moreover, the water temperature is unstable, hot and cold (of course, it’s not as cold as cold water). The hotel lobby is grand, the breakfast is rich, the room is clean and fully equipped, and free delivery Fruit snacks are provided during the stay, and Shaanxi paper-cutting and bracelets are also given as gifts. I will stay here next time I come to Xi'an. The transportation is convenient, the hotel is clean, and the service attitude is good.

The temperature of the air conditioner in the hotel cannot be adjusted by oneself. It is uniformly 29 degrees. It is still very hot when the window is opened. It is really unbearable. The breakfast at the hotel was average, and I was told that many varieties were not available when I arrived late. I didn’t see any wontons for three days. The bath water temperature in the hotel is the worst. I thought it would only be hot and cold after 9:30. Then I went back to the hotel early in the evening to take a shower at 8 o'clock, but it was still hot and cold. Even when I woke up to take a shower at 8 o'clock in the morning, it was still hot and cold. Hot, the experience is too bad. The baby had been tired all day, and after taking baths that were hot and cold for three days, she caught a cold and immediately developed a high fever.
