Overall very satisfied with this hotel. The location is fantastic, in the center, super close to the Bell Tower but not near the busy and noisy street. Every staff was so kind and helpful and you feel welcomed! (but you need to use a Chinese translator app for better communication) The room condition was good too but sometimes the noise from the ceiling was a little bothering at night. Luckily I didn’t feel too bad though. The free afternoon is in the lobby for everyone. I expected something nicer but it turned out some cut fruits and snacks with paper up tea. It was still a nice treat! Also I loved their gym. It was small and didn’t have equipments except a set of dumbbells and two treadmills. However they prepared free water, towels, and the super clean space to comfortably work out.

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. I stayed here for one night while traveling in Xi'an. Someone recommended it before and said that this hotel has a good environment. After arriving, I found that the environment is not bad. The advantage is that it is relatively close to the city center. But to be honest, I don’t recommend it for traveling, because this hotel is not close to any subway station. The nearest two subway stations take about 20 minutes to walk. It is not feasible to take a taxi, because there is a road nearby that is jammed all year round. If you take a taxi, Just wait for ten minutes over there. The environment in the room is okay, and the size is okay, but it is very hot. It is so hot that I need to open the windows at night, but after opening the windows at night, it is extremely noisy outside. Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Since we woke up very late every day, we didn't go to the buffet, but I felt that the buffet should be even better. It was really great to stay for four days. I took my children to travel to Xi'an. I read online that the hotel's location is very good. It's convenient to go anywhere. I wanted to travel during the off-peak hours but unexpectedly encountered heavy snowfall when I arrived. I was unprepared and caught off guard. The hotel's front desk provided attentive service and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and patient. Answered all my questions, and also carefully reminded me of various safety precautions when traveling. The service was super heartwarming. The room was very warm and I felt perfect about my stay💯.

This was a perfect place for my stay in Xi’An. Located directly next to the South Gate for the Xi’An city wall, it was very easily accessible and had so many options around. The room was clean and had all the necessities. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. The staff knew very little English, but definitely tried their best. From check-in all the way to check-out, the staff was incredibly receptive and professional. They helped to suggest the best local cuisine as well as helping to get a taxi to the airport. When leaving, front office manager Jerry He personally greeted us and checked on our stay. I will certainly rebook this hotel for my next stay in Xi’An

The hotel itself is very good, but the tour service they offer for visiting the terracota warriors is not so good, apart from not being 100% honest when they sell it to you. The guides don’t speak English (even if they say they do) and they can charge you some extra fees for the bus usage. The hotel was clean, very nice and the location is quite good, the price was very cheap for this.

love location and room layout. The shower is powerful. the only thing i find a bit difficult is to locate the hotel even with map provided since it is located on another level. Propose to give clear instruction with photos, maybe from metro to the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location. It’s right beside the Muslim quarter so there’s so much street food. There’s also food chains like McDonald’s and kfc and Starbucks near by. The Great Mosque is only 5 minute walk and so is the drum and bell tower. The room was nice and clean and had the basics. The only negative was the AC was not great. It doesn’t cool the room but this is probably due to central air conditioning being controlled by the hotel which is common with most places in China. The staff were nice even though they had limited English. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you want easy access to the different tourists attractions!

I think this hotel is the most convenient choice of all hotels in Xi'An. It's right in front of the Bell Towers, and walking distance to so many tourist spots, even situated right in front of metro exit. It's easy to call a cab here. The breakfast didn't have much choice, but if you're in a mood for other types of food, you can just go outside and find so many nearby restaurants. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel so much despite the hotel is old and that the window doesn't have view of the bell tower.

Location is great nearby huimin market/bell tower/drum tower/great mosque and nearby zhounglou st. Suggest to take exit 8 from the zhonglou st walk to the hotel. I took exit 9 or 1, but unfortunately the escalator of the road was off, hence made me difficult to find the hotel with some luggages. Staff is friendly and helpful eventhough they have some limitation in english speaking but they were trying to help us. Hotel name in didi app called as Feiman hotel. Suggest the hotel add english name (Feiman) on the hotel building instead of only Chinese character name.

Summary: Satisfied with the hotel is just opened, there are a few pots of green dill in the room, guess it is used to absorb formaldehyde, and 2 vases with lilies inserted, with the room decoration, very tuned, we stayed for 5 nights, lilies are all thankful, the hotel can collect lilies. I don't like the taste of lilies so I took it far away. Service: I contacted the homestay before I checked in, and the front desk sent the location, traffic, etc. after adding WeChat. We came late, more than 9 o'clock, so the front desk put the door card on the light outside the door. One day at about 4 pm, white fungus soup was also provided (see luck, not always). There are small snacks at the front desk to eat, and a small gift is given before leaving. Breakfast is OK, on the first floor traffic: very close to the clock tower, very convenient. After the plane came down, the airport bus clock tower station stopped directly 50 meters away from the hotel. The home downstairs can also help to call the drop-off or set a day trip. The homestay is a facility under the home: the new homestay so everything is very clean. Holiday Inn Express Xi'An Bell Towers is located near amenties like 24/7 convenience stores. It is a short walking distance to various street food stalls n souvenir shops. Lots of delicious food are found here.👍 Their reception staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they offered us beverages to quench our thirst due to our long train ride from another province. Due to our late departing flight schedule, they were to accomodate to our request for late check-out.👍 Their breakfast is nice and delicious, catering to both Chinese and Western style. We were even given complimentary home-made beverages, something which we did not anticipate and this gesture delighted us. 👍 Their family room is ideal for our family of 4 adults, spacious space and good disposable toiletries. Staff cleaning the hotel rooms were polite, friendly and did a thorough job. Room was cleaned everday, at different timings, as they accomodate to our timing for sight seeing.👍 We would like to thank all staff from Holiday Inn Express Bell Tower Xi An for making our leisure trip a wonderful and memorable one. 😘 Thank you ❤️

The location is excellent, downstairs is the second subway exit, it is convenient to go anywhere, the room is clean and tidy, the best choice for business travel! My friend and I decided to travel temporarily this time and reported a local tour group in the store. The price is high and it may be off-season! The people at the attractions are not as much as they say on the Internet, so we can play as much as we want.
