Four Points Hotels in Xi'an

Xi'an Trip - Stop 1 Location & Transportation: The location is accurate, right next to the Tang Paradise, just one intersection away. The location is truly a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city. No need to squeeze onto the subway or wait for a ride-hailing service; staying out late is perfectly fine. Room Facilities: Opened in 2025, the hotel and rooms are quite new. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk thoughtfully provided a relatively quiet room on the 4th floor – a big thumbs up! The room is quite spacious, with all the necessary amenities, and the equipment follows Marriott's standard modular design language. The TV screen can be projected. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good during my two-day stay. As a newly opened hotel, there were virtually no signs of use; the cleaning was thorough. The toilet is a smart toilet, which is commendable, and it also features basic wet and dry separation. Many hotels now place the sink outside the washroom to save space, which I don't like. This hotel uses the traditional design, which I personally prefer, as two people washing their hands and brushing their teeth won't disturb each other. Breakfast + Service: Breakfast is served in the lobby on the first floor. There aren't many tables available, so you might have to wait during peak hours. The dining area isn't large, so the breakfast selection isn't extensive either. However, they do offer local specialty noodles. Come to Xi'an and experience the allure of carbohydrates first thing in the morning! Overall, they have all the essential food options, so you'll definitely be full. Repeat visit probability: 60% The hotel is newly opened, and the service is generally good. It's worth recommending because it's close to the Tang Paradise, saving you a lot of travel time. Also, most of the hotels in the area are older, while this is the newest chain brand in the area. Marriott's quality and service are generally very good. If you're visiting Xi'an, consider staying here; you definitely won't be disappointed.

I must give a huge thumbs up to the hotel's attention to detail and service! From the moment I arrived, I felt the staff's attentiveness. Mandy proactively helped with my luggage and patiently answered all my questions. The room was thoughtfully furnished; the toiletries were brand-name, and it even had USB charging ports, blackout curtains, and a small refrigerator, fully meeting my travel needs. The cleanliness was impeccable; there wasn't a speck of dust in any corner, and the bathroom was spotless and odorless. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, and the afternoon tea downstairs was fantastic. Overall, a fantastic experience, definitely worth returning to many times!

Nice and comfortable hotel. Air conditioner kept the room comfy. HDMI ports were turned off on the TV, but after a call to the front desk, they sent a tech to enter the password on the tv to allow HDMI connections. The restaurant was okay but not the service. People seemed confused. Even when I tried to use Chinese, it didn't help (I can order fine in Shanghai, but I lack the northern accent). And instead of just giving me a good menu, they had 3 different people come to me. The bar downstairs was often not staffed and they didn't have cold drinks. No cold beer. Warm beer with ice in it. Was there for 4 nights... Only once was there cold beer, and that's when other foreigners told them to put the beer in the refrigerator.... And it ran out. Location is middle of nowhere. They are building up the area, but currently... Nothing. Can't walk anywhere to get cold beer or whiskey. No easy late night delivery. The kitchen closes at around 10pm, so if no food by then... Out of luck. It would be nice if they had a 24 hour menu, even if just dumplings or instant ramen. Nothing fancy, but the ability to get food later in the night would be nice. I think this hotel can succeed once the area surrounding it is built...also once it's staff is trained to a higher level. It's a new hotel and will take time... But just the simple act of having some cold beer in the refrigerator would be a great step forward.
