Location and room itself are good. But we haven’t got any information upfront for the checkin, after several calls we are able to get someone on the line to then find out they didn’t even know about our arrival, so the booked room was not prepared.
We then got a other room where the bedding was smelly, then the room service came and changed the bedding afterwards everything was fine.

房間衞生各方面還可以，服務有待提高，夜裡定了房，十幾分鐘沒有人聯繫，因為他們沒有前台，還是找其他樓層的酒店前台告訴我點開首頁有電話，打電話過去，接電話的還要確認有沒有房，然後加的微信，發了房間號和密碼，讓我們自己入住，如果不是有人指點怎麼找他們，大半夜的還真不知道怎麼辦？希望你們提高服務！
