5/5PerfectI am an American living in China, which can be challenging when you don't speak the native language. The people at this hotel were AMAZING. There were several English speakers, and they did a superb job making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and the amenities are great! I recommend staying here! The staff was first-rate!!!

5/5PerfectReally satisfied with the service. First of all, I took the children to go to the hot springs♨️. The two small children communicated with Ctrip several times as a whole. The service staff of the hotel are also very good. It is not easy for so many people. The male manager at the front desk on the first day is also very good. The overall feeling is very good. I will come again in the future.
