The hotel has a good location, the receptionist 小潘 has been really helpful and the cleaning service 邓亚辉。but overall all the staffs were really helpful and understanding of our language barrier, no regrets just a good trip

The hotel itself is very nice, design is very unique and looks extravagant. The Restaurant and Bar has a terrace where you can see the city walls - looks exquisite at night with all the lights on. The room is just as shown in the photos. Bed is good quality and very spacious. The room is well equipped with all necessities.
Breakfast was also excellent- chinese and some western cusine as well, everything delicious , fresh and plenty to choose from. Late night noodles were a real treat after a long day of walking.
Reception is very kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay for Xiao Pan and Xiao Wang Zhong Chow.

Excellent service with a clean, quiet and modern room. Tour consultant, Ms Zhang 张艳玲, was exceptional. Hotel reception staff, Shai Pan 小潘 and Kitty were warm, friend and went beyond their duties to help us. We had troubles with our payment methods, credit cards, WeChat Pay and Alipay in the first few days. They arranged cash for us. Ms Zhang even paid for our tours in advance. The tours were not arranged by their employers. Throughout our six-day stay we came to rely on Ms Zhang for travel ideas and tips. The hotel is well located and has great views from the top floor. Buffet breakfasts offer an extraordinary selection of vegetables. Xian is just full of historical places and friendly locals. We plan to visit Xian and the hotel again with the rest of our family.

Had a great experience at this hotel in Xi’an. The location is really good, walking distance to must-see sights as well as transportation options. Recently renovated and clean. Received good service from the front desk staff Xiao Pan, Xiao Kuang and Xiao Huan who were friendly and helpful. You can walk from this hotel to the Xi’an City Wall, Metro, Bell Tower, and Small South Gate Breakfast Market. 10/10 would recommend.
