Microtel by Wyndham Xi'an Beilin

This stay completely changed my perception of Wyndham; the experience was terrible. The hygiene was poor, breakfast was bad, and the service was awful.

Had a great stay! The soundproofing was excellent, the facilities were new, and they even had drinks in the lobby. The breakfast was delicious, and it was great value for money. Highly recommend! 👍

Even without a non-Wyndham brand sign, this hotel truly lives up to being 'fake'. It's just a small two-story building, located in the backyard, and I thought it would be quiet. But it was incredibly noisy all night long, with absolutely no soundproofing. I woke up 5 times, clearly hearing conversations and doors closing, making it impossible to sleep 😴. The room itself was very basic, and the hygiene was terrible. There was even a mosquito 🦟 squashed on the door from the previous guest. Good thing I don't sleep on the door.

This hotel left a deep impression on me; everything from the service to the facilities was impeccable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a soft, clean bed that made me feel relaxed the moment I lay down. The hotel's breakfast was incredibly rich, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors that left a lasting impression. The staff were very friendly and responsive to guests' needs, showing great attention to detail. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Overall, this is a hotel with excellent value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Freshly ground Americano (can be taken away): Thumbs up, two cups a day, and you can even take it to go. Edible ice cups: Thumbs up, solved the problem of not having a refrigerator. Facilities: Good Hygiene: Good Environment: Good Service: Good This was a re-booking for the same room, due to the excellent overall value for money. I haven't compared the breakfast with hotels of the same caliber in the same city, but purely from the brand itself, the breakfast quality (e.g., variety) could be improved a bit. Overall, it's very good.

The location is relatively quiet, though a bit of a walk from the subway. The room was clean, not super spacious but perfectly adequate for a stay. It offers good value for money, and the service was quick to respond to requests. Overall, it's a good choice.

Facilities: The room size was just right, and the amenities were simple yet bright. They also offer freshly ground American coffee. Cleanliness: Very tidy. Service: Thoughtful and meticulous. Environment: About a ten-minute walk to Metro Line 5.

Staying at Microtel by Wyndham Xi'an with the kids was an absolute blast! The hotel has a free kids' play area with slides and picture books galore 🎠. They even had kids' toothbrushes and slippers ready for us, which was a really thoughtful touch and made my child very happy. The breakfast offered authentic Shaanxi specialties like Roujiamo, steamed dumplings, and yogurt, all of which my little one loved. The staff were incredibly patient with the children, making it such a hassle-free stay!

The room layout was very impractical. The bedroom was tiny, while the bathroom was huge. The water pressure was low, and breakfast was just okay.
