The hotel front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. We were very satisfied with our stay, and the room was well-equipped. This hotel is a great choice for visiting Xi'an, with an excellent location. You can walk to the city wall and Yongning Gate. The subway entrance downstairs makes getting around easy, and taxis are readily available. There's even a robot that delivers items, which is very convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay and highly recommend it!
