Atour Hotel, South Square of Xi'an North High-Speed Railway Station

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are very clean, with a great atmosphere and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and quick to resolve any issues. The breakfast offers a decent variety of dishes, catering to different tastes. It's very close to Xi'an North Station, which made visiting the Terracotta Warriors the next day very convenient.

We booked this Atour hotel because of the free drop-off service to the train station. It's indeed very close to Xi'an North Station, so the location is convenient. However, my stay experience was extremely mediocre. The cleanliness was just okay, the room was average, and the service was even more so. The water pressure in the shower was very low, making it incredibly difficult for women to wash their hair, and the drain was slow and clogged. The hotel staff's service awareness was very poor, lacking any initiative. They completely ignored guests struggling with large bags and suitcases, not even bothering to hold the door, let alone help with luggage. I called the front desk for two bottles of water from my room, and after half an hour with no delivery, I had to call several more times before they finally arrived. Compared to other hotels in Xi'an at a similar price point that I've stayed at previously, the price for this room is far too high for what you get. The free drop-off service to the station was the only decent thing.

I rarely review hotels, but my stay at the Atour Hotel Xi'an North Railway Station was truly impressive. The attentive and professional service was incredibly heartwarming. While I was working in the lobby, a staff member proactively brought me a cup of hot tea. After a while, noticing my tea was finished, they thoughtfully brought a thermos so I could refill it easily. I casually mentioned needing a quiet place for an urgent meeting the next morning. A young staff member immediately offered to arrange a private meeting room. He added me on WeChat, meticulously confirmed the time and number of attendees, set up the room in advance, and even sent photos for my confirmation. This level of dedication instantly put me at ease. What surprised me most was the next morning. Due to recent overtime and a late dinner with partners the night before, despite setting two alarms, I completely overslept. As the meeting time approached, my colleagues, who had already arrived at the front desk, couldn't reach me. Faced with this urgent and helpless situation, Sales Manager Shang Lu immediately escorted them to the meeting room to wait. Meanwhile, the young staff member Mu Jiu Shi, noticing I hadn't appeared, made three or four calls without success. Concerned about my well-being, he promptly went to my room with a colleague to remind me. Hearing faint movement inside, and worried I might be unwell, he knocked and then gently pushed the door open to check, informing me there were only 15 minutes left before the meeting. I rushed to the meeting room, and to my surprise, a glass of lemon-honey water was waiting for me at my seat – I was so touched. After finishing my work, I returned to my room after 1 PM to find it already tidied by a cleaning lady on my floor, possibly named Wei Xiu. She had even taken my dirty clothes for washing and drying. This was incredibly reassuring... A hot tea, a meeting room, a refreshing honey water – these details made a lasting impression and solidified this Atour Hotel Xi'an North Railway Station as my go-to choice whenever I visit Xi'an. It's truly worth experiencing for everyone!
