We had a wonderful stay at UrCove by Hyatt Xi’an Bell Tower during our Xi’an trip. I helped to arrange the booking for my cousin and friends, and we were all very impressed with the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The location is also very convenient for exploring Xi’an and the Bell Tower area. What really stood out was the warm and friendly service from the staff. They were very helpful and attentive, especially after knowing that we were foreigners. Everyone was patient and went out of their way to assist us with our enquiries. A special kudos to 何梦, who was very proactive, attentive, and professional. She was always ready to help and made sure our enquiries were properly attended to. Her excellent service really made our stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight is the bar counter on the ground floor. It’s a really nice and relaxing spot to enjoy a drink, unwind after a day of sightseeing, and simply watch people passing by. The atmosphere is very chill and makes it a great place to spend some time with friends. Overall, we highly recommend UrCove by Hyatt Xi’an Bell Tower to our friends and anyone visiting Xi’an. We had a very pleasant experience and would definitely come back and stay at the same hotel again on our next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making our Xi’an trip even more memorable! 👍

The buffet breakfast at UrCove by Hyatt is wonderful with abundant Chinese and Western selections. You can taste authentic local Shaanxi snacks besides standard hot dishes, fresh fruits and pastries. The noodle station serves hot freshly‑cooked noodles. Ingredients are fresh and food refills are timely. The dining area is tidy and staff are polite. A satisfying breakfast gives great energy for sightseeing around Bell Tower and Muslim Street. Highly recommend for travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at UrCove by Hyatt Xi’an Bell Tower Huimin Street. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Bell Tower and Muslim Street. Rooms are spotlessly clean with modern, well‑kept facilities. Staff are warm and responsive whenever help is needed. The breakfast buffet offers a great mix of Western dishes and authentic local Xi’an snacks, with fresh food and timely refills. Quiet and comfortable after busy sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will choose it again for my next trip to Xi’an.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay was exceptionally comfortable this time. The hotel's overall service was thoughtful and attentive, and the staff responded promptly. The room was equipped with an intelligent voice control system (Xiaodu), which was very convenient. The hotel robots handled item delivery efficiently, making things very easy. The self-service laundry room was well-equipped. Overall, the living experience was comfortable. It's a great place to stay for travel and sightseeing, highly recommended.
