Atour Origin Hotel Xi'an QuJiang District Wanxiang Plaza

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful attention to detail. The soundproofing was decent, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The surrounding area has all the amenities you need, making dining and shopping very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience with no disappointments. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The overall style is quite nice. However, after checking in, I found several hairs and black spots on the duvet. When I reported it, I was told the black spots on the duvet were from Xinjiang cotton and wouldn't wash out. They also didn't have another duvet cover to replace it with, nor did they apologize for the hair issue. The room isn't huge, but it's sufficient. They definitely need to improve their service and hygiene, especially since we're traveling with a child and pay extra attention to these details.

Found a perfect hotel in Qujiang! The room had no strange smells and was clean and airy overall. All the amenities were provided, and the room facilities were fully functional. The air conditioning ran smoothly and adjusted temperature quickly. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise; it was very quiet at night. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including congee and pastries. The location is excellent, right next to MixC shopping mall. After shopping, you can come back and have a good rest. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Our stay at the Atour Hotel (Xi'an Qujiang Vanke City) was fantastic! The hotel's decor is very stylish and well-designed. Check-in was efficient, and the service was thoughtful – they even gave a toy to our child. The bedding was comfortable and soft, and the facilities were complete, including a laundry room and the 'Zhuju' (bamboo study) for guests to use. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance!

The room was excellent, very clean, and the soundproofing was great. I'm a light sleeper, but I slept soundly for all four nights of my stay. It's not far from the popular attractions, and there's a night market within walking distance nearby – perfect for when you're hungry at night. The subway is also right next to it. The soundproofing was excellent, which is great for light sleepers. The Bamboo House library was quiet and perfect for relaxing. The 24-hour laundry room with washers and dryers was especially convenient for long trips. The breakfast noodles and douhua (tofu pudding) were authentic and delicious. The hotel also offers free parking and charging stations, which was a huge relief for those driving. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and friendly, and the location was convenient for getting around. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short business trips. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xi'an!
