English name of the Hotel is Liging Hotel or Lijing Courtyard Hotel. Was confused when we could not locate Regent Courtyard Hotel. 3 Adults and 1 Child we took the family room. It was very spacious for the price. A but run down can smell damp floor wood. Great Location. Just right infront of Bell Tower and MRT stations.

I booked non smoking room, and whole floor shoud have been non smoking… But it smelled so bad of smoking everywhere. Hotel was really loud. People had their windows directed to inner “courtyard” opened and were talking, laughing, snoring… until like 4 in the morning. I used earplugs but didnt help. There were some stains on some pillows, floor was dirty, bathroom floor also needed renovation.
All of the above, okay, it happens… And the room was big and interesting looking (photo). But the smell of smoking was really what turned me away cuz it was so bad. At 3 in the morning, I decided that I cannot stay in this hotel for 3 days, so I booked a new stay.

Hotel with great location just opposite of the Drum Tower. However, maintenance and housekeeping can be improved - sink tap broken, air conditioner was not working very well and toilet paper ran out and not replaced.

Very good location in the city centre, next to the station with two metro lines, and more importantly the Muslim street.
The room and bathroom are clean overall, although the latter tends to be a bit smelly, and the floors are a bit dirty for some reason.
Nice and helpful receptionists, although communication in English can be complicated.

I spent two days in Xi’an. I am European and I don’t speak any Chinese. I selected this hotel for its proximity to the attractions and I was not disappointed. The workers were kind but no one spoke a single word of English, we communicated via Papago app. When I arrived the air conditioning didn’t work but they repaired it within a few hours. The hotel furnitures are a bit old, the building not squeaky clean but fully Chinese style. It was worth the money spent. Overall I am happy.

The hotel was under renovation. The courtyard was nice but encumbered. The room was nice with a nice view, but a bit noisy. The flush toilet was not functioning well.

Wonderful location downtown.
Front desk staff does its best to make your stay enjoyable.
Some deeper cleaning in the rooms (especially showers) would really be appreciated.
Noise isolation is too weak (you hear everything happening in the corridors).
If you book this hotel, please note it is called « Liging » (so don’t waste your time in walking around and looking for any other translated name).
