A very bad experience staying in the hotel. The room smells terrible although the room is stated smoking prohibited. When I request to change the room, they called me in the night (around 10pm after I slept) and told me there is a new room for replacement. However, when I reach the lobby with everything things packed, they told me they have called the wrong room number!!! I have to cancel the booking and move to another hotel next days as I really cannot sleep well due to the strong smells. The air conditioner is old and keep spit out dark matters which has serious safety concern issue. Think twice if you want to stay at this hotel because of price over comfortability, there is always a better choice.

Overall the hotel is ok based on the price . Advantage is the hotel near to the subway station nanshaomen. Only things is they do not provide me breakfast coupon where they did not mention properly , the breakfast have limited time for collection

The hotel was great overall, but if I had to mention a drawback, it would be that none of the staff spoke English. Additionally, we had to switch rooms mid-stay due to ongoing renovations.

A good deal in Xi’an. Close to the metro station and it takes only about 30 minutes to the high speed railway station. Conveniently located. Close to the Xi’an wall. The manager was very helpful.

Close to the subway station. Right in the middle between the stations. Conveniently located with shops and restaurants nearby.
The China Shopping Mall near the subway station is bustling with restaurants and food stalls (10 minutes walk).
Hot water is available in the rooms. Not sure if WiFi works.
When I checked in, there was a man in a T-shirt at the front desk, and at first I wasn't sure if he was a staff member. The price is cheap, so don't expect a friendly atmosphere.
