臟亂差！服務態度極差！我一共住了五天，從來沒有來給我收拾過房間，沒有添置過任何牙具毛巾等物件。我定的是大床房，結果我人來了才告訴我衹有標間，我第二天要求更換，直接給我玩消失?一天不回消息，這是一個商家該有的態度嗎？第二天也仍然沒有大床房，五天我一直住的是標間，兩張床根本用不到。其中一張床床墊還特別硬，根本沒法睡，所以定標間的各位也避雷。
説是酒店，根本就是普通居民住户，電梯特別臟，而且一直髮出咯吱咯吱的聲音，嚇死個人。早上窗外還一直在施工，根本睡不好。
水龍頭的水一放就濺出來，濺我身上全都濕了！
廁所會反臭，很難聞！
説到服務態度是最讓我生氣的！最後退房的時候，房東電話裏直接是吵架的語氣讓我把鑰匙放房間裏。住宿過程中有事兒找還不出現。
有史以來最差的住宿體驗，沒有之一！太丟西安的臉了！
