Time Tunnel Designer Hotel

The reservation stated a check-out time of 2 PM the following day, but the check-out time was 12 PM the following day.

The hot water wasn't hot, the towels weren't clean, the air conditioning wasn't working, but the staff were very friendly.

The hotel environment is really OK, objective evaluation, the service staff is enthusiastic, there are many types of breakfast, and there are freshly made wontons and noodles. Good reviews, recommended.

Maybe it was an awkward time to come. There was no air conditioning, which I don't understand. Shouldn't the hotel have air conditioning 24 hours a day all year round? I stayed there for three days, and every night I used a broken fan to blow it. It was very noisy and uncomfortable. I didn't feel anything else. But because it was my first time staying in Xi'an, it has special meaning, five stars.

Yesterday's stay was absolutely terrible. Besides being awful, I can't think of any good reviews. The outdated facilities were secondary; the real problem was that the air conditioning couldn't heat during the day! When I called the front desk about this, they said the air conditioning simply couldn't heat during the day, only between 8 PM and 8 AM. So, is this hotel only open at night? Nobody stays during the day? I was freezing in the hotel and asked what to do. The front desk actually said they'd bring me another blanket if I was cold? This is the first time I've ever seen a hotel that doesn't heat its air conditioning. Why not just say you have air conditioning on Ctrip instead? Unbelievable!
