Been a regular customer. Every time I go to Xiaozhai for business, I basically stay here. It takes 10 minutes to walk to SEG. It's not far from the subway, which is very convenient. Breakfast is also available. I have always liked all aspects of the hotel's facilities and services, and during my stay this time I discovered that an iPad was also added. Hygiene is no big problem as always. In the house I stayed in this time, the bathroom mirror had its edges peeled off, revealing the background underneath the mirror paper, which really didn’t look good. The concierge delivered the takeout directly. If necessary, arrangements are made quickly. Everything is good~ There is a slight drawback. Those brought by Ctrip can check in 4 hours in advance. It was already 3:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, but the front desk was not sure whether it had been cleaned. After waiting for three to five minutes, he hesitated and said to us, "We usually check out at 3 o'clock." , so now I have to ask if the cleaning has been done, there is no need to wait"... Fortunately, we didn't have to wait for a long time, and the room was arranged as soon as it was available... I think the strain can really be improved~ Everything else is OK~

The second time I checked in, this time I didn’t feel very good overall. When I parked my car at the door, the doorman asked me to wait for the security guard. After waiting for a long time, I didn’t come over without honking the horn. One of the fruits in the room was moldy. Fortunately, the child didn’t eat it. After climbing Mount Huashan, we just entered the hotel, checked in, and asked the front desk if the hotel had a foot bath. The little brother told me🈶️ that it is still open 24 hours a day. We are full of joy and think the hotel is good in all aspects. When we checked in, the price was similar in terms of hardware, but it was much worse than Yunhe where we at least stayed. After finishing, I went downstairs to take a foot bath. Footbath. As soon as we entered the door, the waiter led us into the room, and we actually saw the "grey area" next door. At that time, I thought, this is a service area attached to the hotel, or a family hotel recommended online. It is really inappropriate for us to bring our children here. Think about it, taking care of children is worse than doing less. When we finally arrived, the waiter informed us that they needed to make a reservation. I said, we are hotel guests and the front desk allows us to come down directly. The waiter said, there are so many of you now, we can't satisfy you, we only have 2 foot bath technicians. The two of us discussed it with the waiter. In addition to the two foot baths, we could choose other items, so that would be fine. The waiter told us that there were only two technicians from beginning to end, and there was no one else. That tone is telling you that we don’t want to do your business. Doing your business is not as profitable as the gray area next door💰. It’s so scary😱, I’m speechless😓 when I encounter this when I go out. I really don’t recommend bringing kids.

The most satisfying thing about my visit to Xi'an this time is the hotel. When we made a reservation on Ctrip, a housekeeper helped us with our luggage when we got off the bus. After check-in, he sent us to our room. Since the room was not so tight, he also upgraded our room for us. He proactively added WeChat for easy contact. Because we had a baby with us, we had many needs. We helped deliver hot milk, there were fruits and cookies in the room, and we also asked for clothes drying services. Every hotel staff member will take the initiative to say hello when they see us. The customer service staff at the front desk will always respond to our requests. When we need help, the housekeeping staff will also arrive at the room quickly. For an impatient person like me, this is really satisfying. . The tour group will leave at 7 o'clock the next day. We ate some breakfast in a hurry and brought some with us. My daughter doesn't like the food in the scenic spot, so she relies on the various breads and milk brought by the hotel to fill her stomach. Later I found out that breakfast was only available for dine-in and no takeout. It was very hard and tiring to join the group. The housekeeper prepared a foot bath, which was very considerate. On the day of check-out, the flight was at 7 a.m., and we set off at 5 a.m. The hotel also prepared a packed breakfast, including milk, yogurt, orange juice, bread sandwiches and fruits, which was much better than airplane food. The name of the hotel is "Jue Yue Fu" and it is located next to the Xi'an Conservatory of Music. It must have something to do with music, but the music buttons in the hotel always have no sound. Secondly, the hotel's laundry service is relatively expensive compared to what we had in Changsha. The hotel I stayed in was reasonably priced but had free laundry and drying services. Thirdly, the carpet in the room was not suitable for walking barefoot. I often stepped on it and felt a tingling sensation on the bottom of my foot. I couldn’t see anything there, and one day it even got pricked. When it comes to the index finger, the small spines will reflect light but cannot be captured in photos. I think this should be paid attention to. Above, I hope the hotel will get better and better, and I will stay there next time I come to Xi'an ~

The summer was scorching, and it coincided with my wife’s birthday. When I chose the major hotels in Xi’an, I saw a lot of praise for Jue Yuefu Hotel, so I decided to stay in this hotel for two days! Now describe our personal experience as follows: 1. The hotel room has complete hardware facilities, reasonable layout, complete bath and bathroom facilities, better than many five-star hotels (see photos for details), 2. Breakfast is very rich, diverse, and various Shaanxi snacks , Cantonese dim sum, Western breakfast varieties are available, a variety of stir-fried vegetables, meat and vegetables are reasonably collocation, a variety of sweets and snacks that children like, and even children’s drinks and healthy milk are specially prepared for children. It is really intimate! 2. The hotel parking lot is spacious and comfortable, which is very convenient whether it is on the ground or underground! The parking lot security is dedicated and very safe. 3. The location of the hotel is very good, adjacent to the most prosperous Xiaozhai Saige commercial area and Big Wild Goose Pagoda tourist area in Xi'an, and Shaanxi History Museum. Especially standing in front of the window of the executive lounge on the 25th floor has a bird's-eye view of Xi'an, which is very beautiful! 4. Talk about hotel services: In all fairness, I have stayed in various hotels all over the world for many years. As far as the hotel lobby and western restaurant are concerned, the conditions are not the best, but the quality, service attitude and service etiquette of the hotel staff are indeed the best (no 1) Whether it is from the management staff or the ordinary room attendants, they are polite, enthusiastic and thoughtful, which makes us very moved. Although there are comments that everything is good at this hotel but the price is high, we think it is aimed at the software, hardware and services of the hotel, in a word: it's worth it! 5. Staying at Jue Yue Fu again, it is still a very satisfying experience. The location of the hotel is very good, a few hundred meters away from the subway station, not far from Saige, Shaanxi Bo, travel, dining, and play are very convenient. The front desk upgraded the room for free, thanks. The room was clean and quiet. It is especially worth mentioning that the hotel service is very good, whether it is the front desk, room service or other staff, very caring. There are only three elevators, and sometimes you need to wait a little longer.

Very bad accommodation experience

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I can say that the charges are at a five-star standard, but the air conditioning does not have a heating function. I'm really speechless. The Grand Hyatt is about the same price and has no problems with heating. The Renaissance is cheaper than this and has no problems with heating. Basic common sense: The basic functions of air conditioners are cooling and heating. There is no saying that air conditioners can’t heat. I really don’t understand if it’s not just to save electricity. No matter how good the service is, if the hardware facilities can’t keep up, it just won’t work. It won’t. Will stay at this hotel again.

The location is not good, there is nothing at the door, and the hygiene is not careful. There is toilet paper under the bed when I stay, which is terrible... Although the tooth cup is not intended to be used, it is not impossible to wash it clean. The service is too superficial and even the surface is dirty. Too lazy to deal with it, all kinds of perfunctory... It's still called four or five stars... I really doubt where the previous good reviews came from! Soundproofing effect, the service staff didn’t know what was going on. It was past 11 o’clock at night and I was woken up by calling the wrong number. I was very depressed! There is no computer, but there is still a charge... I will definitely not stay here again, and I do not recommend you to choose this hotel. There is no so-called value for money!
