Liban Hotel

The hotel is in a good location and, overall, it is very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived, however, we were given a room that did not match our booking. We had requested a non-smoking room with a city view, but instead we were assigned a room overlooking the wall of the neighboring building, with a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. We asked to change rooms, and the staff were very accommodating. They even let us choose another room and upgraded us to a higher room category. Unfortunately, the new room also had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke when entering, although it was less intense. It seems this may be a common issue throughout the hotel. In addition, all the rooms have carpet, which did not appear to be very clean. One of the highlights of the hotel is the free self-service laundry on the 7th floor (where we stayed), which was very convenient for travelers on a longer trip. Overall, we had a good stay. If the hotel improved the effectiveness of its non-smoking rooms and the cleanliness of the carpets, the experience would be much better.

This was a returned stay. Again we had a wonderful stay at Liban Bell Tower Hotel! The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. A special thank you to the receptionists 珍珠 and 丽丽 for their exceptional service and kindness. They were always friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Their professionalism and warm attitude really made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I would definitely stay here again!

Location was great. Near to train station and bell tower. Nearby have alot of food and shopping. Staffs is super friendly and helpful. They provided us with 5 stars hotel service and request. Top notch service. Especially staffs 珍珠，丽丽和桃子。the 3 of them is so friendly and given us alot of food suggestion. And we tried all is so nice. So please ask them for good recommendation. Worth going. Thank you to the 3 staffs. Will definitely stay here if I visit Xi'an

The rooms are very spacious and the staff is extremely friendly. My first room was a bit smelly but I was able to change without problems.

The hotel was great, extremely good located! Shower was great and the room was quiet, above the Main Street hut closing the windows solves the noise. We had a great time, one thing to note is that in the winter the airconditioning for the whole building doesn’t work ((oct/nov) -may 15). This made it a bit difficult to cool down the room but they provided an electric fan and with the windows open at night it cooled down a good bit. We had some packages delivered which was no problem and it was great to have such a good central location.
