Atour Hotel (Xi'an North 2nd Ring Road Wenjing Road)

The following is real feedback from a loyal fan of Atour. I like that Atour is as warm as home. This is the experience that Atour Hotel brings to me. But in this store, their service can be said to be "different". The pursuit of cleanliness and decentness, I think this is the minimum standard for every customer staying at Atour Hotel. I just arrived in Xi'an on the evening of the 25th. Of course, this is also my first time in Xi'an. This strange city has a strong attraction for me. I couldn't wait to open my mobile phone and search for Atour. Because of my trust in the Atour brand, I chose this store and checked in at 11pm on the 25th. When I first arrived in the room, I sat down to prepare for work. I found that the table had not been wiped and dust was visible when I touched it. I informed the front desk, and the front desk said that the cleaning staff had finished get off work. I turned on the air conditioner since I was not working, and found that the air blowing out of the air conditioner was full of odor. This made me feel anxious. I turned off the air conditioner and fell asleep. At about 6 a.m. the next morning, I woke up feeling itchy all over my body. After checking, I found many small black spots on the bed. I didn't check out and left the hotel immediately. When I couldn't bear the itchiness in the morning, I went to the hospital for a checkup. Parking is inconvenient, the front desk service attitude is not good, the soundproofing of the room is not good and it is too noisy so I can’t have a good rest.

Hotels and prices are two different levels. More than 500 yuan a night is enough for a five-star stay, and the room still smells good.

1. This time I came to Shaanxi for 12 days. I stayed in Atour for 4 days in each of the two times, a total of 8 days. I didn't regret choosing this Atour in Fengcheng all the way; 2. The first 4 days have been praised, this time there is no accident and it is also praised, the whole check-in process feels as good as the first check-in, every employee is warm and courteous; 3. Due to the weather, the flight was cancelled. Call the front desk to ask if you can check out later. I wanted to delay it until 2pm (aircraft at 8pm). I didn't expect the lady at the front desk to directly delay the check-out until 4pm. Room, very happy! 4. Next time I travel, I still prefer the Atour Hotel brand; 5.521 There is a big stain on the sofa in the room. I hope it can be dealt with. It is not acceptable for guests who are obsessed with cleanliness.

As a hotel of this class disappointing. I think the first room is too small, and the toilet paper, pumping paper, toothbrushes, etc. provided by the second hotel are too bad.

The service attitude is great. Take the children with you. The elder sister of the guest room will take the initiative to ask and help us clean up the room every day. The eldest sister will fold up the clothes and give it to us after washing the clothes. The front desk also gave children toys and Xi'an shadow puppets as gifts. This time I stayed for 4 days at a time. I will continue to choose when I come next time!
