This was my second stay here, and everything was great. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade.
The suite was a good size, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hot water in the bathtub wasn't quite hot enough, though.
The Xi'an-style breakfast options were decent, and the Western breakfast items were really good.
I recommend this place and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.

The mini-bar drinks in the room are chargeable, and some of the light switches on the wall aren't very responsive. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety, but it would have been even better if they had Roujiamo (meat burger) and Zenggao (steamed glutinous rice cake).

This charming courtyard-style hotel is located near the People's Building and offers a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, proactively helping us with our luggage and even upgrading our room. Breakfast offered a generous selection and was absolutely delicious. The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to the subway station; Wulukou Station is just a 5-minute walk away.

The service was excellent. I received a complimentary room upgrade, and the front desk staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. The lady at the front desk noticed I was traveling with a child and proactively asked if we needed an extra bed, also providing complimentary toiletries. Staff were also very helpful with luggage. Their thoughtfulness truly stood out. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit, as it offers superb value for money.

This is a famous hotel in Xi'an, historically known for catering to international guests. The facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The beautiful surroundings, with their lush greenery, made for a pleasant stroll with our child. The service staff are highly attentive and professional. A special shout-out to the duty manager on Friday; she was absolutely amazing. She not only resolved our problem and eased our worries but also upgraded us to a suite. Her patience with guests was remarkable. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

The hotel facilities are very old and poorly maintained. The bathroom door has peeling paint and damaged surface material, which gives the room a neglected and unpleasant feel. Overall, the condition of the hotel is far below expectations and definitely not worth the price.
