Hilton Xi'an

Beyond its great location, the hotel was pretty average. They really need to improve their service management. Check-in was frustrating, and check-out left me just as annoyed. I didn't even bother arguing with them.

Let's put aside the other things; it's pretty standard. Dining is convenient. Let's talk about the downsides: the slippers are worse than those in budget hotels, and so are the towels. The value for money is decent, and the service is good. The gym has external personal trainers coaching people. The sofa is dirty and old, and the pillows are terrible. On the other hand, the service is relatively good.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and met Hilton's usual standards. The hotel's central location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere.

The service was great, and it's right next to Yongxingfang, which is perfect for a stroll anytime. I could even walk to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, or take a taxi for just the minimum fare. For breakfast, they had Shoupeng Lamb, which was a highlight, and plenty of other options like Zènggāo. However, the room facing the street was quite noisy at night. I had specifically requested a quiet, non-smoking room away from the elevator when booking, and as someone who struggles with sleep, it was really difficult (see picture, street outside the window).

Had a great stay here, the service was excellent and the staff were all very welcoming. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an.

I brought my little one to Xi'an for a trip. We visited the Terracotta Army, Shaanxi History Museum, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell and Drum Towers, Xi'an City Wall, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, among other places. We stayed at this hotel for all five days. The hotel's location in the old city is excellent, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. There are also many Xi'an specialty snack shops nearby, so dining out was easy. As an established five-star hotel, both the facilities and service were top-notch. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the heated pool was lovely!

The Hilton Xi'an is in an excellent location, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The hotel service is absolutely top-notch; the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, even proactively helping with luggage. They were thoughtful throughout our entire stay. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the food tastes great. We were very satisfied. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with great value for money. This will be my first choice when I visit Xi'an again!

The location is super convenient, close to all the attractions and surrounded by tons of restaurants.
