The room has a peculiar smell, the quilt cover is not clean, and the charging socket cannot charge. The room facing the street is very noisy. The overall experience does not match the price. There are many, many better choices in the price range of more than 400 per night.

酒店位置好，步行可以到機場大巴車站，步行15分鐘左右到城牆永寧門，10分鐘到鐘鼓樓和回民街，出酒店右轉進衚衕10分到鐘樓和開元商場。酒店的早餐很nice，過年期間小童免費。
屋裡有暖氣，有空調，衞生間淋浴器水流很充足，隔音差一些，玩的困了也就啥也聽不見，倒頭就睡。
每天晚上還有贈送的粥，出去一整天，吃點粥很有家的感覺。
出門旅遊還是首選漢庭

第一次入住漢庭酒店，體驗感還是很不錯的！環境、衞生、設施都OK，早餐也很豐富。鐘鼓樓廣場店的地理位置絕佳，對面就是鼓樓和回民街，右手邊就是鐘樓，鐘樓往南一直走就是城牆，2號線也直達西安北站，非常方便。

位置好，服務好，家庭房很寬敞，設施很方便，有書桌，衣櫥，小餐桌，椅子，還有沙發～～簡直不要更贊！！而且地板也很乾凈，不是地毯，不易積灰。衞生間好評！很乾爽，很方便，乾淨整潔，最關鍵的是房間還很亮堂，真是對眼睛太友好了～～

酒店離鐘鼓樓、回民街都很近，旁邊一洲商城都是做漢服粧造的。房間挺乾淨，前台還有菊花茶、養生茶隨便喝，入住還送了水果，就是退房要準時，12:00-12:30。周圍吃飯很方便，有樊記肉夾饃，隔壁的biangbiang麪也不錯，晚上鐘樓小區有很多夜市小攤，另外離三根電桿陝菜館、長安大排檔這些網紅店都很近，步行就可以過去，但是他家斜對面的醉長安不太好吃，不過服務挺好

前台服務很好，待客很熱情，需要什麼送的很及時，暖氣也是很給力，大冷天在房間感受不到冷，特別暖，機器人送餐也很方邊，自己訂的外賣不用下去拿，真的是很不錯.出行也很方便，周邊便利，值得入住，下次還去這家

體驗還不錯，剛開始房間靠近街道有點吵前面三天外面玩的很晚歸來，來不及換房間，最後兩天換了一個房間晚上睡覺比較安靜。酒店早餐去的早種類還蠻多，週末人有點多了去吃早餐如果去晚了可選的比較少了，酒店周邊吃喝玩樂方便吃，電視放不出來聯繫前台很快派人來查看，服務效率蠻高

房間很乾凈，前台服務熱情周到，我訂的大床是沒有窗子的前台幫我升級了高級大床房，還送了果盤，非常貼心，房間衞生非常乾淨，一次性用品齊全舒適，電視很大，暖氣很足，洗澡水很舒服，設施設備齊全，早餐菜品多口感很好，周邊出行很方便，值得推薦！
