The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, getting me tickets last minute to the ‘Song of Everlasting Sorrow’ (which was a highlight). They worked hard to help me, despite my terrible Chinese making it difficult. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I think I was upgraded - the room was very spacious. There’s a cool, funky cafe next door, along with a small bakery, convenience store & Starbucks. There’s two subway/metro stops in walking distance, which was very convenient. I’d stay again.

I was very impressed with the service they provided. I was so happy that I rebooked again They continually tried to accommodate all my needs and made my stay very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many choices including some western choices I would recommend

I came to Xi'an for a trip in the first month of the year, and I was asked twice by the front desk. I was told to check out an hour late and pay the NT$30 difference, which meant I had to sit at the station for 5 hours. As a tourist city, hotels in Changsha really need to be improved. Changsha will consider tourists and it doesn't matter how many hours they are late. The experience dropped instantly.

The location of this store is very good, parking is convenient, but the environment is too bad, too old, and the hygiene is not good. Hair can be seen everywhere, and there are many mosquitoes. I stayed here for one night and fell asleep for three hours. I was bullied by mosquitoes. In order to vent my anger, I got up in the middle of the night and spent an hour to kill all the mosquitoes.
