Reviews of Aite Concept Hotel (Xi'an North High-speed Railway Station)

It gets cold in the winter and the ac is a bit weak, but otherwise no problem. They let me check in early which was nice.

The hotel is very well located, but the rooms are very old and not completely clean. OK for an overnight stay, but no more than that.

The Hotel was nice, but it was hard to find in the beginning, since it's in the 5th floor of a building but not marked anywhere.

The hotel is called Art Hotel (that’s what it says when you enter anyway). Good luck finding it… the room is spacious but dirty, lights were not working (shower and corridor) some wiring was hanging from the ceiling and it is infested with tiny small cockroaches…

When I check in the bathroom light wasn’t working so I got moved into a different room. A lot to say about hygiene, it just didn’t feel clean. The bathroom also had a smell to it which I think came from plumbing issues. I met the cleaners and they were very nice people, nothing against them personally it just wasn’t up to standard. A plus was clean towels and water everyday. I didn’t care much and didn’t bother moving somewhere else since I was only there at nights but I wouldn’t book again. I’m sure there are better places for the same price nearby.

Right near the station which was perfect for us. A bit difficult to find but otherwise good.

Nice hotel and big clean room and bed . Hot water is not working well . Friendly and helpful reception. The hotel is just behind the main road with many eateries around. Over all is ok to us.

Close to the train station, convenient location. Area is quiet, with food places nearby. Room cleaning was not thorough. Hotel was a little difficult to find, it's located on the 5th floor.

Location is convenient, but smell in number was not very pleasant. Staff is good, but it was hard to find the hotel in this big building, I guess it needs more instructions about it

The hotel is very good. We have stayed there several times and once on a business trip. It is very good, a very good hotel. We all like it very much. It is clean and hygienic. The room is very large. It is a super good hotel.

Near the metro, great view from the window, great service. The room is listed as single, but it was suitable for a couple. Large bed in a large room, separate toilet and shower. There are many cafes and shops around the building downstairs.

Location This accommodation experience is really bad! We must warn everyone to avoid landmines. The location of the hotel is quite good, travel is very convenient, the price is cheap, and there are relatively complete food, drink and entertainment nearby. I thought it would be the beginning of a wonderful journey, but it turned out to be full of troubles. As soon as you enter the room, you will be shocked by the hygiene conditions. There are obvious stains on the floor, the trash can is not cleaned, and there is even garbage left by the previous guest. The service attitude is even more unacceptable. When I asked the waiter some basic questions, the responses I got were all indifferent. There was no service awareness at all, which made me feel particularly unwelcome. In the winter in the north, heating is lifeline, but this hotel actually has no heating! At night, the air conditioner seemed to be blowing only cold air, and I was shivering from the cold, and couldn't get a good rest at all. This accommodation experience is really terrible. I hope the hotel can improve it, otherwise it will be difficult to retain guests.
