Convenient location, clean room with helpful staff. 无名is the staff at the front desk who is always friendly attend to our questions and needs. Highly appreciated his assistance.
The hotel serves many varieties of food during bfast, we enjoyed it while we are staying in.
The hotel desk also has a tourist desk that organised local tour at reasonable prices. It's a pleasant experience staying here at Atour S Wu hotel. Highly recommend to friends.

Staff were extremely friendly, always did their best to help despite my lack of Chinese. Location pretty good. The only negative was being woken by work going on outside around 3am. We were on the 5th floor and it was pretty loud. Everything was very clean and the restaurant had many good choices at a reasonable price.

It was a very comfortable and perfect experience. I am a frequent customer of Atour. 520 happened to be my wife and I's wedding anniversary. I planned to visit Xi'an for a long time. I wanted to be romantic so I wanted to decorate the room to create an atmosphere. I contacted the hotel three days in advance and the hotel was very cooperative. I would like to thank Su Su for upgrading and coordinating my room, helping to decorate the room, and keeping the surprises I prepared confidential. It really made me feel warm.
