The location of the hotel is very good, and the environment and services are much better than other hotel chains. Very nice, I especially like the long table in the hotel, it is enough for office work, reading, and eating takeout, and the self-service laundry room is also very considerate. The hotel has an elegant atmosphere, the front desk service is very warm and thoughtful, the check-in is very fast, and the smiles are very friendly throughout the process

房間很乾凈，衞生，一家四口春節期間入駐，很舒適，暖氣也剛剛好，睡覺不覺得冷，早餐也好吃，在5樓，建議：如果能把通往5樓的樓梯口用塑膠鋪（遮擋一下沉積物）一下，體驗會更好

前台接待小姐姐服務熱情，因為想要住好幾天，推薦我們換了一個比較寬敞的房間，阿姨每天都會打掃衞
生。酒店地理位置也很好，很方便，就在2號線北大街D出口，出來新華書店直走，在一個和平電影院拐彎200米就到了，酒店出來也可以走到鐘樓，遠一點的地方坐地鐵，換乘地鐵也是很方便的。

整體衞生真的可以，很乾凈，
房問都沒有問題，馬桶也是沒看到什麼問題。早餐:還是挺豐富的，是自助，每天菜系不同
因為我睡眠不好，找前台換安靜房間，前台非常及時給我更換朝安靜麪的房間
位置交通:還挺方便的，要是吃小吃之類的，附近1km左右或者以內幾乎都能觸達，離鐘樓挺進，地鐵方便

很不錯 店員説給升級了房間服務態度真的很不錯 有問題打個電話馬上就給解決了 早餐選擇也挺多的東西要沒了都會有人給馬上續上 最後要退房了我問能不能晚幾分鐘 店員直接給延長了一個小時 還送了小禮物
