Hotel front desk staffer Xiao Zhou provided excellent service. They even gave us a free sour plum drink when we checked out. The room was also more comfortable and had good natural light. Highly recommend!

Xiao Shu at the hotel provided excellent service. They gave us sour plum juice at checkout and upgraded our room to a much larger one. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and there was even a smart robot, which was very convenient. Highly recommend, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I traveled with friends this time. The hotel offers great value for money and is close to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Luomashi, and the subway isn't far either, making transportation quite convenient. Miss Xiao Zhou at the front desk provided excellent service. They even gave us bracelets for the Dragon Boat Festival, and plum juice when we checked out, which was a really nice touch. There's also a Wei Jia Liang Pi next door, so if you don't want to go too far for food, you can just go downstairs, haha! 😁

The check-in process was clear and efficient, and she proactively provided information about the elevators, breakfast, and local attractions. Her attention to detail was exceptional. When I called later with a question, Xiaomin was patient and thorough in her response. Her friendly and polite demeanor, coupled with her professional and heartfelt service, truly deserves special recognition!
