It was a very nice stay at the hidden hotel. Clean, services was good, very close the station as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Nice hotel, the name is well suited it’s hidden in convenient place and next to a 7/11 for all the late birds.

The hotel location is perfect and the staff extremely kind and available to assist whenever needed. Also the breakfast (both Chinese and western) is delicious and th laundry service is perfect. Just ensure that when you book the room you are aware some rooms may not have opening windows - this is however clearly stated in the listing. We will come back!

This hotel is located on the 7th floor of a department store. We arrived in the middle of the night at nearly 1am and check in was smooth. Room was clean and housekeeping service was great. Good variety for breakfast with both western and chinese options. They allowed me late checkout and luggage keeping service when requested. Complimentary afternoon tea was a warm touch. Best of all was the location, as the metro station was connected to the building. You won't get yourself wet when its raining and you can also visit the dept store downstairs if you need anything. We requested for non smoking room, but the hallway sometimes had strong smoke smell and room beside us were smokers so there was faint scent of smoke sometimes. The hotel staff was apologetic when we mentioned it during check out and they said they would have changed our room if we brought it up earlier. Would definitely return and maybe book a room with a real window next time.

The room was outstanding. The hotel was a little tricky to find and can see why it's called Hidden Hotel. The staff were very helpful. You also got plenty of choices at the breakfast. Very nice touch with a free gift. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Nice hotel with good location, subway is very close, the is a shopping mall on the ground floors so it’s very easy to find food and other things. The staff were very nice, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely stay. The room was very comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic especially the freshly made noodles with black fungus with an amazing chicken soup base. We really enjoyed our stay! Reception staff were incredibly helpful.

Hidden Hotel is truly a hidden gem—located on the 7th floor of a swanky shopping center next to the ancient Xi’an city wall and Shu Yuan Men (书院门), the antique shopping district. The rooms are tastefully decorated with modern conveniences. I want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Yin Ai Ping (尹爱萍), the front desk manager, who is incredibly warm and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to ensure every guest’s comfort and a pleasant stay in Xi’an. Thank you, Ms. Yin!

This hotel is difficult to find and does not guarantee smoke free rooms, but otherwise very clean with excellent service.

Modern hotel located on the seventh floor of a shopping center. Very convenient for metro station and connections. Very clean and with extremely courteous staff

All are good except the noise from the street. This hotel is not for those who sensitive with noise up to 12am.
