Hyatt Regency Xi'an

This time I came to Xi'an and chose to stay at the Hyatt Hotel. The experience was really great. Yonnie, the guest relations, carefully consulted the guests about the details of the hotel before check-in, and prepared a variety of small gifts for the children. The children were very happy. The little handsome pot surnamed Pang (hope I wrote it correctly) who delivered the gifts to the room was also polite. The front desk staff of the hotel was warm and generous, and gave special care for delayed check-out. The concierge took the initiative to help with the luggage. The service level was absolutely five-star praise. In other aspects, the location and environment of the hotel are first-class. It is next to the Qujiang Pond Ruins Park, and it is not far from the Datang Never Sleeps City and Furong Garden. The breakfast variety is rich, and there is everything you should have. The Shaanxi-style Roujiamo, Youpo Noodles, and Saozi Noodles taste first-class. The noodle chef Xiao Shuaiguo and other waiters are busy but not chaotic, and their attitudes are very good. In short, choosing to stay at the Hyatt Hotel this time is the finishing touch of the parent-child tour in Xi'an. If there is any shortcoming, it is that the hotel is too large. It takes hundreds of meters to walk from the lobby back to the hotel room 😂

The room is clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, and the service staff are very friendly. Hannah asked me about my stay experience when I checked out. It felt very good and quite good. The front desk, the luggage delivery guy, and the cleaning lady all have very good attitudes. I will stay again.

If you are visiting Xi'an for a few days, you can't go wrong with Hyatt. Because during the National Day holiday, traffic control will start in the afternoon around the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps. It would be inconvenient to stay there at night, unless you stay there all day and don't go in or out. And you won't be able to get a taxi during the morning rush hour. The location here is just right. It's quiet at night and convenient to take a taxi during the day. The air is also good. The hotel environment and service are great. The housekeeper Hannah is enthusiastic and will reserve rooms in advance according to the needs of the guests.
