Mercure Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower, Huimin Street)

The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the bustle, yet still incredibly convenient. It's about a 300-meter walk to the subway station, and in roughly ten minutes, you can reach Da Pi Yuan to savor local specialty foods. Getting to the Bell and Drum Tower or Guangren Temple is just a short taxi ride away, usually costing the minimum fare. While the hotel does have parking spaces in front, they are limited. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is exceptional. When we had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up while we were out, the front desk called us several times to inquire if we needed housekeeping, demonstrating their meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful service. The restaurant offers a pleasant ambiance, and the breakfast buffet is extensive, featuring a variety of local specialties. The ZENGGAO (steamed rice cake), for instance, is absolutely delicious – don't forget to try it!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The location was very convenient for getting around. The overall environment was quiet, service was responsive, and facilities were well-maintained. It offered good value for money, and the check-in experience was pleasant. I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and Jiayi's service attitude was excellent! Seeing that we had two children, they even upgraded our room. The hotel is close to the subway and a snack street, and there are many shops downstairs for all your daily needs. Very satisfied!

My experience at Mercure Hotel these past few days was absolutely wonderful! It definitely exceeded my expectations. You could really feel that the hotel was doing everything they could to serve us. They kindly upgraded our room for free upon check-in, and we enjoyed afternoon tea and supper every day. Breakfast was delicious. I accidentally left my jacket in the restaurant while having afternoon tea, and when I called the front desk, they promptly brought it up to my room. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which is perfect for those traveling by car. I'll definitely choose Mercure again on my next visit to Xi'an!

The location is fantastic, right by the Muslim Quarter and only a 10-minute walk to the Drum Tower. There are tons of food and drink options nearby. The room was spacious and the service was pretty good. It gets quite busy here, so it's clearly a popular choice for travelers.

Great location, very close to Beidajie subway station, and the room was clean. The lotus flowers in the nearby Lianhu Park are beautiful.
