Nice stay , location just 250meters from Beidajie metro station. Xian north metro and railway station just 25minutes from Beidajie. Check in and out was super smooth. One or two hotel staff could speak English. Got upgraded to suite room, the room was super large. Minibar was free, got fresh fruits everyday. Towel was super white and fluffy, had bathrobe and complete amenities inside the room. I love the smell of the lobby. Citrus smell bath soap was refreshing after walking around city. Breakfast was good but limited food choices, from 7-10am, everyday was super busy and somehow it’s challenging to find seat.

Amazing hotel and great service!
The staff was very polite and helpful, the room was great. We did a 2-week trip across China and this was the best hotel we stayed at. The breakfast was great and plenty, the gym was by far the most equipped we have had on this trip, the laundry room was amazing and very well organised.
You need to try the noodles for breakfast! They will help you make them.
We also had the afternoon tea one day, it was good but make sure you get there early so the tea is still hot.

🇬🇧🇺🇲: Couldn't recommend more this hotel to have a wonderful stay in Xi'An. It has a strategic location, convenient transportation, and beautiful traditional surroundings. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable. We found it easy to recharge our energy after long walk days.
The hotel's service is thoughtful, the staff is warm and friendly, and the service attitude is professional. Remarking specifically their front desk staff members Mia, Mira, and Jennifer, whom will help you at every time and solve any inquiries you may have during your stay.
Overall, it is a hotel where you get your money worth and more, highly recommended for friends who need to go either on business or travel.

酒店不愧是國際品牌，房間的設施一應俱全，尤其是床品，品質一流軟硬適中，一覺睡到自然醒。房間隔音效果很好，雖然地處繁華地段，但完全不會吵鬧，休息質量滿分！

酒店位置特別方便，距離地鐵站很近。去大雁塔和博物館地鐵特別方便。前台小姑娘態度很好，入住的時候看我帶着小朋友給免費升級了親子房。離店早餐7點到10點，小朋友特別喜歡吃的小甜品特別多，早餐也很豐富，我比較喜歡明檔的煎餅，味道很好。總之很贊，出差附近的或者旅遊的，可以嘗試入住。
