酒店在龍首原地鐵兩百米的位置，連鎖店還是讓人比較信賴，前台很寬敞，中間有個休息區，一進來就有一股薰衣草的香薰味，很好聞，進門服務員還貼心的送上了花茶，偏商務的裝修，整體感覺很温馨，很舒適。洗手間乾濕分離，衞生很乾凈。很放心。

已經是屬於麗楓酒店的老顧客了，無論是商務出差還是家庭出遊都會首選麗楓酒店，因為睡眠比較淺，前台也很熱心的幫忙升級了房型，這家酒店是全面升級過的，全新的設施，配備的也都很齊全，樓層指引一目瞭然，離西安火車站和高鐵站都差不多20分鐘地鐵就可以直達，綜合服務，安全，房間整潔度必須好評。

首先，到地鐵口的距離對我們外地遊客很友好，這條地鐵線可以直接到西安的熱門景點，離網紅打卡地鐘樓特別近，價格也比較親民，一定一定打卡一下羊肉泡饃，三秦套餐，鐘樓晚上拍照絕了，大概8點左右燈就全部亮起。

衞生：房間衞生較為整潔。
環境：整體環境還行，但是裝修比較陳舊了。房間地毯，過道地毯都不夠清潔，有味道。
服務：前台服務小姐姐態度還是比較熱情，給個好評。
設施：冬季暖氣無法調節，個人感覺房間內乾燥，熱，這個是個人感覺最煩躁的一點。熱水温度不均衡，幾個出水口轉換調節不靈敏。
出來旅遊整體感覺不好。

酒店衞生特別差，衹有一個大姐清掃，被罩都有破洞，有臟污，晚上沒有女性服務員，來換被罩的是保安，太不方便了。第二天沒人為被罩的事情道歉，服務也不是一般的差。我是酒店的白金卡用户，受到的服務就是沒人理！這個集團的酒店以後不想再住
