It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, especially based on a price.
Very kind and helpfull staff, clean rooms, a lot of space. Laundry room, small fitnes, good chinese style breakfast buffet.
Location is nice and i simply loved all of it.

Stayed in Xian 2 nights and really loved the hotel!. The room is spaceous, with sofa, desk and even projector. Location is 10 mins to subway and 20 to old town. The best is the staff - very friendly and helpful!
The only little advice: please, have some western cutlery, not all foreigners are skilled with chopsticks🙈

The first room we had had mold in the bathroom and near the sleeping area, it smelled really bad. Thankfully, when we asked the staff to resolve this issue, they kindly provided us with a new room. The new one was a lot better, no smell and clean, no complaints at all. The decoration is nice and its close from a subway station (10 minutes) and from the city walls. Overall, we would not book it again because of the our initial experience but the staff did a great job and were very kind. There are also some washing machines at your disposal, a great point for us !

Good location, spacious room and great service! You shouldn’t come too late to the breakfast in the morning, as they do not refill the food.

The room had this dried seafood smell so I asked for the room change and the receptionist was quite happy to accommodate.
Turned out all the rooms were like that and I got used to it by day 2.
Location is great. Just a short 5 mins walk from the main Metro 2 line.
Plenty of shops and eatery for all your needs.
