City Comfort Inn (Xi 'an Bell Tower)

excellent stay, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. consider there is no heater in case is cold. besides that everything excellent

Amazing location very close to bell tower and muslim quarter. Has a lot of shops nearby. Reception was very helpful and even gave us a gift at checkout. Breakfast was ok. There is no drier for clothes, only a washing machine.

The hotel lobby is at 5th floor, the position on trip.com is correct, just enter and take the elevator. The staff is friendly, helpful and speak good English. E first got a room that was very bad smelling of cigarettes and they changed it to one at 3rd floor. This was comfortable, but sometimes the bad was strong smelly. The room had no window, so the only air is coming from the AC. Somehow all 3 days we heard people moving furniture loudly at 7:30am, not sure where that comes from. Insulation is not the best. The room will be cleaned daily, water and toilet paper will be also added. The breakfast is on the 5th floor close to the lobby and is good. The hotel position is just 200m from the bell tower and 70m from the metro station, where you get the line 2 directly connected to the main speed rail station (Xi'anbei). Overall the hotel is acceptable for the price, but they really should fix the smelly problem from the bathroom.

City Comfort Inn offers a strategic location close to the Bell Tower, with many attractions within easy reach and a subway Exit H right next to the building, which also houses several other hotels. The stay was good value for money - rooms are clean, staffs are courteous, bottle water is provided and plenty of eateries are nearby. While the washing machine is available, it does not include a dryer. Overall, it's a convenient and budget friendly choice for travellers wbo want easy access to Xi'an highlights.
