W酒店設計感十足，而且很年輕化。這次入住的套房送到minibar和特色點心味道都很好。
帶孩子體驗了泳池和健身房，是去過的五星酒店中規模最大的。泳池恆温並且有熱水池，很適合運動健身。
房間寬敞，並且浴衣非常舒適柔軟。特別給小朋友準備了浴袍，也很驚喜。比其他住的西安酒店都要做的好。
早餐種類很多，肉夾饃也分開兩種，很有特色。
喜歡酒店的奶酪。

房價浮動太快 入住當天兩次調價 不看一眼就傻眼。
同一房型同一天入住同樣入住人數查詢：
提前兩週預訂￥1488
入住當天中午訂￥1288
下午五點訂¥1128
裝修風格不做評論 各有所好。
走廊很暗 看不太清房間的門。
進門後房間有股腳臭味 但又不是單純的臭味 就是很奇怪的香薰味
衞生間梳粧台有個梳子的斷齒
淋浴的手持花灑連接處漏水 一看就是被擰開了 沒擰緊 也不知道被用來幹啥了 不敢用。
浴室門也不密封 邊緣處會漏一地水。
12點退房 和前台溝通了14點退。
13點半的時候路上實在有點堵 電話前台説能不能申請延期最多1個小時。馬上趕回來取行李退房。
回答要向上級申請 不然可能多算半天房費。
我説那儘快給我回復能不能申請下來。結果是我14點之前趕到酒店都沒有回覆。
沒有歡迎水果 沒有開夜床。
問了説是套房及以上房型才有。
住下來 唯一好感就是早餐還不錯 種類豐富 有地方特色 油潑麪還挺好吃的。
總之 挺摳一酒店。
