Excellent service and a spacious, keyless smart room. The location is very convenient, highly recommended. The room also came with water, lotion, and facial cleanser, plus a balcony and a mini-fridge!

The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and the smart controls were easy to use.

The hotel's location is excellent, less than a hundred meters from the subway entrance. The front desk staff, Xiao Wang, was very enthusiastic and thoughtful, patiently recommending travel tips. The facial recognition door access is super convenient, so I don't have to worry about losing my room key anymore when I go out.

The hotel room doesn't use key cards; you can enter with facial recognition or even open the door with your phone, which is really convenient. Xiao Zhou at the front desk mentioned this is a unique design feature of the hotel. The water pressure in the room was excellent, very strong.

You can even control the curtains with your phone! In the morning, if you don't want to get out of bed but want to see the weather outside, you can just use your phone to open them. The curtains in the room automatically open. Xiao Zhou at the front desk said this was a unique feature, and it really saves a lot of hassle!

The smart home features are convenient and comfortable. The location is very close to the scenic area, highly recommended.

The subway station is right downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around. Wanda Plaza is just across the street, so dining and shopping are a breeze. The room was clean and incredibly spacious. All in all, it was a great experience! I'll definitely recommend it to more friends visiting Xi'an.

Facilities: The design is outdated and very dirty, and some facilities are practically unusable. Hygiene: 'Filthy mess' describes it perfectly. There was even dried phlegm from the previous guest. The bathroom also had a lot of stains, and the hotel did nothing to address it. Environment: The soundproofing is extremely poor. When I complained, the front desk just said, 'That's how our hotel is; there's no soundproofing.' You can hear people talking normally in the hallway, and I could even hear sounds from the couple in the next room… Premium toiletries: Don't bother using them; you have no idea what's inside. Breakfast: Even the corn was spoiled.

The environment here is fantastic, and the robot is really fun – you can call it with just one button from your room. The hotel even upgraded our room, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. All in all, it was a great stay, and they even gave us two complimentary bottles of Bingfeng soda!
