A standalone villa in a residential area converted into a guesthouse. The environment is great, and the owner is very welcoming. Parking is available right outside. Food and entertainment options are not far away. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.

They sent the itinerary in advance and helped carry luggage to the room, which had tea and unlimited snacks. The room was cleaned daily during my stay, and clothes left in the laundry room were professionally washed and dried. Upon arrival, I received a travel guide with routes. A butler checked in three times a day, asking about my plans, cleaning preferences, and if I needed assistance upon returning. Any WeChat messages sent to the butler were promptly replied to, and issues were resolved quickly. The first floor had a free amenities area, with so many items like feminine hygiene products, masks, disinfectant alcohol, hair ties – dozens of different things, even white shoe cleaner! I truly felt the owner treated guests not just as customers, but as family. Before check-out, someone was waiting at the door to help with luggage. I forgot my charger when checking out, and the owner had staff mail it to my home for free. Even five-star hotels don't offer this level of thoughtful service. Travelers, you really need to experience this; if anything I said isn't true, come carry me away!

This stay was absolutely perfect! We were greeted by 'Chuyi' and 'Shiwu' as soon as we walked in, and all our tiredness just melted away. The B&B is decorated in such a gentle and healing way; you can see the host's thoughtful touch in every little detail. The entire place was spotless, and the view outside the courtyard was stunning – so peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly kind, warm, and hospitable, always quick to respond to any questions, and even gave us great local food and attraction recommendations. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. It's ideal for a short trip or just to relax and unwind. I highly recommend it! I traveled with my child and friends this time, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I bring my parents.

This guesthouse is a converted villa in an older residential complex. The complex itself is home to many guesthouses and daycare centers, but it's generally not very busy and quite quiet, especially at night when there's hardly any activity. The room's decor is quite distinctive. My wife and I stayed here; she's an early sleeper, so while she slept in the bedroom, I could relax in the living room without disturbing her. For the first few nights of our six-day stay, it was very peaceful. However, one evening, two male guests arrived at the smallest adjacent room, 'Qixiang,' and were very noisy, talking loudly. I messaged the owner's wife on WeChat, and she immediately called them to address the issue. Overall, it was a good stay. It's more comfortable than a standard hotel room, especially for family trips, thanks to its suite-like setup.

Arriving at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it's a charming old villa with a lot of character! 1. It looked like a three-story building, and our original room was on the second floor. However, because the hotel has such lush greenery, there were quite a few mosquitoes. After mentioning it to the hostess, she quickly moved us to a suite on the first floor. As someone with a background in traditional Chinese painting, I really appreciated the antique-style decor. 2. Another thoughtful touch was the variety of cosmetics provided for touch-ups, all very practical and useful. 3. When we checked out, their dog even came to see us off. Don't worry, their dog is very gentle and friendly.

The garden-style villa architecture is really unique, and the courtyard, surrounded by greenery, feels so cozy. The rooms are huge, ideal for a large family to stay together.✌️ Service: The owner, a lovely lady, is incredibly warm and thoughtful, always providing helpful tips and reminders daily. The responsible uncle is also very meticulous and attentive, helping us clean our rooms and replenish daily necessities! Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The bedding is spotless, odor-free, and very comfortable! Overall, I highly, highly recommend this place. Parking nearby is convenient, though the parking fee is a bit steep.😮‍💨 But hey, it's a property management charge, so the owner can't really control it. (It's 2 yuan per hour; I paid 121 yuan for less than three days.) Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again! Oh, I almost forgot the most, most, MOST important thing: this guesthouse has both cats AND dogs! 🤩 The dog's name is Shiwu (Fifteen), and he's incredibly well-behaved, taking his 'welcoming and seeing off' duties very seriously. ❤️ The cat is also super sweet and well-behaved! 😘

Unique design with a private outdoor stage on the top floor, offering great views. The room gets plenty of light at night, and there's a lovely Samoyed you can pet.
