哪兒網上面訂的十分鐘之內，我就要求退單，他們竟然不退，還要扣除違約金，説是商家不同意同款，但是我問商家是同意退款的，，**，到房子裏後，裏面衞生超級差，廁所馬桶很臟，被子上都是頭髮，室內的桌子上都是頭髮和臟水，奉勸大家不要再這個網上訂酒店，
