The hotel's location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the city wall right outside the window, especially at night. It's also very convenient for transportation. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Both the front desk staff and the floor service staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is fantastic! The subway entrance is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get everywhere. You can also easily access and walk along the city walls right by Hepingmen. Plus, it's very close to the Dongcangmen morning market, where prices are much better than at Sajinqiao. The hotel's own breakfast is also quite good. This place offers excellent value for money.

The room was spacious, which I really liked. If anything was missing, I'd just call the front desk and they'd quickly bring it up – very thoughtful service! I definitely recommend it. The location is super convenient too; there's a subway station right outside, a short walk to the right past the traffic light. The hotel is also directly opposite Hepingmen Gate, and just beyond that, there are tons of restaurants.

One of the best hotel stays we had in Xi’an. The hotel staff and services were excellent throughout our trip. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and supportive whenever we needed assistance, which made our family stay very comfortable and pleasant. The location and overall hospitality really added to the experience. Just a small reminder for families with kids — this is a smoking hotel, so it’s better to specifically request a non-smoking room and floor during check-in. Our hallway often had a noticeable cigarette smell. Apart from that, we truly had a very good stay and would still recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and warm staff.

Wow! Highly recommend this hotel for tourists. Right next to the metro, close to food spots, has free laundry washing machine and dryer. The room exceeded our expectations with a great view of the city wall. We will be back!

The room was quite spacious with a nice view, but the breakfast was cold and there was very little variety. The breakfast was a big disappointment, and the laundry room wasn't great either, especially since there was only one dryer and it was always breaking down.
