Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is quite new, with quiet surroundings and warm, friendly service. I was very pleased with the cleanliness too. The hotel also boasts a great range of facilities, including a swimming pool and a gym. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

I stayed at the Sheraton Xi'an High-tech Zone for my training trip, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The ambiance was elegant, and my room was spacious and spotless. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, offering a great selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. What truly stood out was the wonderfully thoughtful staff member at the breakfast restaurant – she remembered I drank an Americano every day and would have it ready for me in advance. Sheraton Xi'an really hit the spot! My room was super comfy and had a good view of the city. But the real star was Candy at the reception. She was super friendly and helped me out with everything from local tips to booking rides. Made my stay super smooth. The food was solid, especially the breakfast buffet. Overall, Sheraton Xi'an was a great stay. Highly recommend it if you're in town. Big shoutout to Candy for making my trip awesome!
