Sheraton Xi'an really hit the spot! My room was super comfy and had a good view of the city. But the real star was Candy at the reception. She was super friendly and helped me out with everything from local tips to booking rides. Made my stay super smooth. The food was solid, especially the breakfast buffet. Overall, Sheraton Xi'an was a great stay. Highly recommend it if you're in town. Big shoutout to Candy for making my trip awesome!

This is really suck! I called the hotel to ask for nearest subway station and they transferred me to other person and the other person did not even understand the meaning of “metro line” Room was hot and bearable until I open the window which only has small gap and it took more than 1hour for the room to cool. Upon arrival the attendant, not sure if he is security or bell boy, but he did not help me to unload the luggage or at least say good afternoon. The next day I ask for Razor which the person who pick up the call did not understand what I ask for and just said yes, around 20-minutes later the room attendant came and knocking my door with a DND sign on it, she tried to open the door and lucky I double lock the door when I was at the toilet. She told me that she was told to clean the room which mean the person on the phone did not really understand what I asked for.

Was pleasantly surprised by the customer service staff by the name of Mike, who went an extra mile in assisting me with my request of booking several local attractions as I did not have a local mobile phone number. Overall, a great experience here although the location may not be ideal for leisure travelers due to its proximity to the high tech zone

The experience I had was great. From the reception to room service. The room was clean and perfectly set up. The outside view from my hotel room was admirable, especially at night. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I definitely look forward to coming back again.

I was very satisfied with this stay. Lily's service was very thoughtful. She helped our children decorate a very cute Nezha and a birthday cake. The children liked it very much and were surprised. A very considerate stay experience ~ I sprained my ankle, the hotel provided a wheelchair and arranged an accessible room. When I got back to the hotel after get off work and went downstairs for breakfast, I had to trouble the service staff to help push the wheelchair.
