Xi＇an Yanta District Hotels

This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in in **************‼ ️👍👍The location is great, in a prime location in Xi'an High-tech Zone. There is a subway station next to the hotel. The room is clean, stylish and beautiful. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. There is free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby all day long for guests to enjoy. The girl Yiyi at the front desk He Xiaoying was very polite and gave hot mineral water as a gift after leaving the hotel. It was very considerate. The transportation is convenient and it is very convenient to take a taxi. I will definitely choose this hotel next time and will highly recommend it to my relatives and friends‼ ️👍👍👍

The experience was fantastic with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean with reasonable amenities, adequate and clean shower and toilet. Lots of hanfu photo-taking happening around the garden in the evening. About 10 - 15min walk from the nearest metro, and a few bus stops (1 - 5min walk) around. Walking distance to attraction venues, restaurants, and a mall. Staff will try to answer any questions about the area and travel tips, and even helped me book a Chinese tuina (massage) nearby at a discounted rate. I went for a hanfu photoshoot and soft copies were sent to me using China's Baidu cloud but I could not download it (Baidu account not available for foreign numbers). The staff went out of their way to download them and sent to my email. However, it's important to know how to speak Chinese (or Google translate) as they are primarily Chinese speaking staff that have little English knowledge.

The location of the hotel is very good, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions in the city. The hotel environment is very good, clean and tidy, and the lighting is good. Parking is very convenient, with two areas above and below the ground. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We were given a free upgrade to a suite for four days with our baby. Thank you very much. They are very user-friendly. There are many kinds of breakfast, which can satisfy both babies and adults. My room 312 is not big, but it is clean and tidy. It is okay for one person to live in. The most commendable thing is that although this Hanting Majong is small, it has all the necessary facilities, including a self-service laundry room, a breakfast area... I purposely traveled during the off-peak hours after the Spring Festival, and looked at many hotels in Xi'an, and finally chose the Hilton Canopy in Qujiang, which is closest to the Tang Dynasty Sleepless City. Overall, the staff service, attitude, and hotel location are very good. We booked two rooms together. When we arrived in Xi'an, it was snowing in the ancient city, and we arrived at the hotel around 3 p.m. On the way, the entire city was covered with snow, and it was indeed the Tang Dynasty covered in snow. The hotel thoughtfully prepared ginger soup for us in the lobby to ward off the cold. After drinking it, we were warm and relieved from the fatigue from the journey. The overall color of the hotel is beautiful, and you can see the combination of ancient and modern elements everywhere you look. The room number of each room has the symbol of a camel or a horse, and the corridors are everywhere with the unique symbols of the city of Xi'an. During the two days we stayed in Xi'an, it snowed, and we walked in the sky full of snowflakes. On the pedestrian street of the Everlasting City of the Tang Dynasty, the lanterns were on, and men and women of all colors wearing Hanfu were walking around. For a moment, I didn't know whether we had traveled through the prosperous Tang Dynasty or the Tang Dynasty back to Xi'an. It seems that everyone here has become accustomed to dressing up in Hanfu, but not many people stop to watch. They are all immersed in their own happiness. There was a little hiccup when we returned from a trip after checking in, but Moon Yang, the hotel staff at the time, actively coordinated the room for us, always gave us travel suggestions, paid attention to our needs, and the personalized service temperature made up for the objective shortcomings. On the day of check-out, they actively helped me arrange my itinerary so that my family and I could have a good rest before departure. I'm very satisfied with the room after the adjustment. Every time I take a picture, the picture comes out without spending too much time on the P-picture. The room is equipped with a smart toilet, Dyson hair dryer, air purifier, and capsule coffee machine. The bedding is clean and comfortable. We have arranged a room close to the elevator, which is very considerate. It can be seen that the entire hotel is run with care. I am very grateful to Moon Yang and her team for quickly solving the minor oolong that occurred. Finally, I wish the hotel will get better and better!

The room is large, has heating and air conditioning, and all equipment functions are in good condition. There is no noise at night, so you can sleep comfortably until dawn. The distant view is also very impressive, and the night view is beautiful. Alone, double occupancy, or multiple occupancy is available.

Good service and nice breakdast . SPA and swimming pool also are well prepared during winter season.

Our stay at the Vienna Intl. Hotel has been a positive, pleasant and rewarding experience. During our 27 day stay, we were upgraded to a bigger and better room the next day, a generous offer that we much appreciated. The staff are efficient, helpful and very polite. The housemaids provided excellent and consistent cleaning and new supplies everyday. The location within walking distance to the Big Goose Pagoda, Grand Tang mall, the daily light shows, , metro and buses, and lots of cheap and good restaurants was a huge benefit which made our stay in Xian almost stress-free. We could walk to many of the popular sites, or simply take the fast and reliable metro. We really couldn't ask for a better hotel, which offered so much for such a reasonable price. We recommend this hotel highly!

The room type is quite good. There is no difference between the pictures and the actual room, so I didn’t take pictures of the room. The hotel room cleaning aunt is very good. I would like to praise Aunt Yang Yanlin. She is very enthusiastic and patient. She cleans the room very carefully and clean every day. Hearing that my girlfriend was feeling unwell, she specially put a few bags of brown sugar ginger tea and asked if she needed extra quilts, which was very considerate. I read a lot of hotels online with mixed reviews, so I arrived a few hours early and checked out several hotels to compare the environment, and finally chose this one. The reason is that this hotel is located in Datang Evernight City, which is more than 900 meters away from the subway station and is very convenient. I thought that after visiting the attractions during the day and having a good rest at night, I could go downstairs and watch the show, although it was a pity that the show was canceled due to rain these two days. But I still watched part of it two nights ago. The overall sound insulation is very good, and the sound from outside performances is very small and can be ignored. The front desk was also very welcoming. I asked to see the room type before I checked in and was very patient in showing me around. Seeing that the breakfast I ordered for four days was very scattered, they helped me fill up the meal coupons for free. The overall experience was very good and the hotel was very comfortable. But I felt unwell and went to the hospital during the trip. The experience was very bad. After I complained until I left Xi'an today, there was no feedback. I called to inquire and said that it would take 5 working days to solve the problem. You don't need to call me to confirm the problem and just handle it yourself. Then Who will guarantee the results of the treatment? Most likely I won't come back again. Apart from the nice hotel, everything else is unsatisfactory.
