The hotel is great. Everyone is very warm and polite. It looks like they have been professionally trained. I like the decoration style of the room very much. It is simple and elegant, giving people a very quiet feeling. When I stayed the day before, there was an episode in the refrigerator in the room. The manager Zhang Qiong specifically contacted me to deal with it, which was great. Everything has a response. All in all, everything was great. This hotel made my trip to Xi'an very happy.

The elegant and refined style of the room perfectly matched my aesthetic, and it was well-arranged, clean, and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a truly pleasant stay. The service was excellent too, attentive and professional throughout. I had planned to try the spa and casually asked about the best way to book. To my surprise, the staff member, Chengcheng, didn't try to upsell me or push me to scan a QR code to order. Instead, she actually suggested I compare prices across different platforms or simply pay after the service. This non-pressured, no-gimmicks approach was truly winning. I felt completely at ease, with no discomfort from sales tactics, and no worries about being scammed. From check-in to check-out, every aspect showed genuine care, and the value for money was excellent.

It was late at night when I arrived at the space base on a business trip. I found this cozy hotel. It was clean, stylish, light luxury, and the service was warm. I liked it very much. The hotel is located in the southwest corner of the quiet intersection of East Chang'an Avenue and Shenzhou 5 Road. The lobby decoration is very modern, the elevator is warm and noble, and the details are well done, such as the coffee and hot water station, dressing table, and bedside cabinets with customizable reminders. When I woke up in the morning, I found that there was also a British-style cafe here.

I was worried that I could not book a good room at a low price, but I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the door. There was no smell in the room. The sheets were soft and comfortable. Even the pillow height was just right. I didn't wake up all night. The front desk lady was super intimate, knowing that I had brought my suitcase, took the initiative to help me upgrade to the floor close to the elevator, and added WeChat in advance. I was afraid that it was not convenient for me to be alone. When I went out in the morning, I couldn’t find a place for takeaway at night. I contacted the front desk staff, and communicated very quickly. The next day I needed to print things, I asked where there was a print shop at the front desk. The front desk lady helped me print it at the hotel. hhhh is really too warm! The location is also convenient, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, come back after shopping at night. ttt will come here next time, definitely choose here!
