I stayed at this hotel and the overall experience was great. From check-in to check-out, I felt the enthusiasm and professionalism of the hotel staff. As soon as I entered the lobby, the reception staff greeted us warmly and the check-in was very fast. They also specially prepared some local travel brochures and maps for us, very intimate. The room was spacious and bright and very warmly furnished. The bed was particularly comfortable, the pillows and bedding were very clean and smelled of sunlight. The bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water is sufficient, the quality of the toiletries is also very good, the hotel's breakfast is very rich, there are a variety of fresh fruits, bread, pastries and hot dishes, the taste is very good. The waiter in the restaurant is very friendly, always smiling, and the service is very thoughtful. The location of the hotel is very convenient, with many attractions and shopping centers around. We can reach several major tourist attractions on foot, very convenient. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi and the signal is very stable. Overall, it was good, and the service was good. However, I have a suggestion: the shower temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold, making showering a hassle. Also, the drain was clogged; the bathroom flooded after the two of us showered. I hope this can be improved. Additionally, the cleaning lady took the room's power key during our stay; I hope she will be more mindful of this.

My friend and I were rushing to meet deadlines during finals week, so we booked a room to stay up all night writing papers 💪🏻 The room was nice, the bed was soft, and the room was clean. However, the showerhead in the bathroom had a problem; no water came out except for the lower part of the shower. We were already naked, so we couldn't call someone to fix it, meaning I had to squat to shower 🥲 Also, the TV was digital, so we could only watch a few channels, and there was no screen mirroring 😂 Overall, the experience was okay, and I might choose this place again for future trips 👌🏻

- The texture of the lobby is full: as soon as you enter the door, you will be poked by the shiny floor and warm lighting. Even the dessert cabinets are exquisite and eye-catching. The atmosphere of the ”lobby bar” directly fills the high-level sense.
- The room details are too intimate: the mineral water and tea set in the tea area are neatly arranged, and even the sockets are equipped with double holes. When you live in, you feel ”take care of”; the sun shines through the large window, looking at the mountain and city views in the distance, directly drying out the fatigue 🌞

EEricMNice and comfortable hotel. Air conditioner kept the room comfy. HDMI ports were turned off on the TV, but after a call to the front desk, they sent a tech to enter the password on the tv to allow HDMI connections. The restaurant was okay but not the service. People seemed confused. Even when I tried to use Chinese, it didn't help (I can order fine in Shanghai, but I lack the northern accent). And instead of just giving me a good menu, they had 3 different people come to me.
The bar downstairs was often not staffed and they didn't have cold drinks. No cold beer. Warm beer with ice in it. Was there for 4 nights... Only once was there cold beer, and that's when other foreigners told them to put the beer in the refrigerator.... And it ran out.
Location is middle of nowhere. They are building up the area, but currently... Nothing. Can't walk anywhere to get cold beer or whiskey. No easy late night delivery.
The kitchen closes at around 10pm, so if no food by then... Out of luck. It would be nice if they had a 24 hour menu, even if just dumplings or instant ramen. Nothing fancy, but the ability to get food later in the night would be nice.
I think this hotel can succeed once the area surrounding it is built...also once it's staff is trained to a higher level. It's a new hotel and will take time... But just the simple act of having some cold beer in the refrigerator would be a great step forward.

GGuest UserRecently, I have lived in Hanting and the experience is great! The room layout is simple and warm, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and you can rest quietly even in a busy road. The smart device is very intimate, the lighting and air conditioning can be controlled by mobile phones, and it is super convenient to switch the lights with voice after a day of work. The breakfast is rich in variety, the Chinese and Western styles are reasonable, the hot soy milk fritters and freshly cooked noodles are full of vitality. The front desk service is thoughtful, and the documents can be printed for free. It is a gospel for business people. I will stay here next time on business trip.
