The best things about this hotel were: free laundry and great service. We traveled a lot and this was the only hotel we can wash our clothes and got fresh ones. In fact the staff 严巧玪 and 谢蓉蓉were so helpful that they collected and laundry and folded them and delivered to my hotel room. The shower water was great also. The room was very cleaned and always in order after we return. We loved the breakfast and tea time in the afternoon. The location is awesome very convenient. We highly recommend this one.

The hotel is very close to the subway exit A. The decoration is very new and unique. The bathrooms are all Kohler (I forgot to take a photo, I must remember correctly). The Novotel was a bit disappointing. It was one of the more expensive hotels in the inner city so we thought it would be good. The staff were really friendly and forthcoming. The room was a bit average, the Bell tower hotel is far cheaper a bit older but has much bigger rooms. The gym has two running machines and some free weights? Got a better gym in average units in Australia. The laundry facilities are handy and a bonus. Cant say a sink in the main room is a bonus. I can not recommend the breakfast, very low quality fruit and bread I guess its ok if you are into Chinese breakfast and eat meat. The coffee is gross even Macas has better coffee. I would not consider staying here again. To expensive for what you get compared to the other hotels and accommodation available. The location is convenient to the metro, bell&drum tower, mosque, markets and south gate etc

Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. The staff are all in traditional dress and we were put in a lovely room of a very big size I think we were upgraded which was so nice, breakfast was Chinese style and very nice. Only issue was the hot water wasn’t heating up very well so couldn’t have a bath. Would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect place for my stay in Xi’An. Located directly next to the South Gate for the Xi’An city wall, it was very easily accessible and had so many options around. The room was clean and had all the necessities. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. The staff knew very little English, but definitely tried their best. From check-in all the way to check-out, the staff was incredibly receptive and professional. They helped to suggest the best local cuisine as well as helping to get a taxi to the airport. When leaving, front office manager Jerry He personally greeted us and checked on our stay. I will certainly rebook this hotel for my next stay in Xi’An

This hotel is really amazing for many reasons. First the location is right in front of the Muslim neighborhood and so close to the bell tower. Located in a big street it's easy to find. Then the environment from the lobby to the room are really good and confortable. Finally the staff are so nice and helpful, they even offer some snacks after a long day of walking on the streets. For the breakfast they always prepared fork and knife before we asked. I have to thank especially Wen Jing who have been so nice to us and made everything perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and thanks to all the people working there 👌🫶
