this is one of the nicests hostels I've ever been regarding the physical space. it has a ******* style and is very very beautiful. I really liked the decoration and also the view to the mountain. the location is also great if you wanna stay close to the bus station. however, when I got there, the wifi was not working and there were no bedsheets and towel in he room. after I asked a couple times, they provided everything. the shower was cold and there was no light in the restroom, but after I asked for it, they showed how to turn the system on, which activates the light as well as the shower heater. it's a little bit frustrating to have all those things available but not ready to be used, and having to ask for them, specially with the language barrier. moreover, the kitchen was a little bit messy, and the toilets were very dirty when I arrived and not cleaned during my entire stay. if you want a cheap place near the bus station, this place is OK for one or two nights, but in the current conditions, that's it. hopefully they will improve the service they provide, because I think this place has great potential if taken properly care of the space and guests.
