這是甘南之行住宿最滿意的一家酒店，客房寬敞乾淨還有暖氣，一掃外面的陰冷，一樓餐廳川湘藏餐都有，味道正宗，樓外大院子停車方便還有充電樁。一樓還有個小書吧，有當地風俗介紹，可以瞭解當地文化習俗。

酒店在桑科草原和拉卜楞寺中間住了藏式風格大炕，高原地區走樓梯都容易氣喘，扎西小夥子們很熱心幫忙拿行李拿到三樓，小孩走之前把耳機弄掉了，一個扎西幫我們找了很久才找到，非常感謝！

從來沒有給任何商家點過差評，我們是開了一天的車，下午六點多到的酒店，辦理完住宿登記後進房間一看，衞生沒有打掃，就打了總枱電話，總枱説打掃房間的時候漏掉了，安排人來打掃，等了好久也不見有人過來打掃衞生，中間我又打了兩次電話催他們快點打掃房間，總枱説她給打掃衞生的説過了，她也不知道打掃衞生的為什麼不來，我等了最少有半個多小時服務員才過來打掃衞生，而且打掃後衞生還極差，服務，衞生跟600多的房費不匹配，他們
店還有一個特色，早餐7點半到8點半衹有一個小時，我是八點到的餐廳，饅頭，雞蛋沒有了，有米粥沒有碗，菜衹有兩個鹹菜還沒有盤，得問服務員要盤要碗，問服務員能不能再給些雞蛋帶的有小孩，服務員態度極差的説不能，沒有雞蛋了，作為商家要不你就別帶早餐，品種少還限量供應，有點欺騙顧客的性質，總體是衞生條件極差，服務態度不好。

環境很好，裝修很有特色，很新，很有藏族風格，尤其是那個全木的走廊，很漂亮。
房間唯一的缺陷是沒有乾濕分離的淋浴。
早餐要拼桌，還是第一次碰到（旅遊團常常拼桌）。可以考慮一下鹹菜怎麼能夠做到使大家都能做到公勺公筷，畢竟大家都不認識，不知道彼此的健康狀況，拿自己的筷子夾鹹菜，容易傳染疾病。
