ErgoushizhixiaomaoGreat location, very convenient for transport as it's close to the subway station. The hotel has excellent facilities, and the front desk staff are warm and attentive. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Although the room was a bit small and right next to a residential area, it was surprisingly quiet.

Guest UserI have to give this Atour a full five stars! The overall cultural vibe is fantastic, and the Zhuju Library is quiet and elegant. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even assisting with heating up food. The 24-hour laundry and drying service was super convenient, and they even offered comforting congee late at night. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, and the smart devices were easy to use. Whether for business or leisure, it's a truly restorative stay. I'll definitely choose Atour again for my next trip!

The environment is great, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. The laundry service here is super convenient; my clothes were delivered right to my door the next morning. The room was also very quiet, with no disturbances, which made for a really pleasant day out afterwards.

Guest UserThe hotel was near the marathon starting line. I arrived at 9 am on the first day intending to store my luggage, but the front desk said there were rooms available, so I checked in directly – great! The hotel's overall environment was quite nice, and the location wasn't far from the BRT and subway. It was also conveniently located about 16 RMB by taxi to the beach near the International Convention Center. The only drawback was the bathroom's odor; it was very noticeable upon entering. I reported this, but it wasn't resolved. They provided a free shuttle bus to the marathon station on the day of the race, which was a plus. I booked the second day through the official website, but I didn't receive the items I redeemed from the travel guide. Since they were free, I didn't bother to ask.

Guest UserThis self-driving trip to Xiamen with the kids was, in my opinion, the most perfect choice. The facilities are excellent; the sofa converts into a single bed, which is super friendly for families with two children. The hotel's connected parking lot has newly installed public charging stations, making it EV-friendly. Most importantly, the service was absolutely superb – they truly went above and beyond to accommodate every request! We happened to be there during a running race, and they thoughtfully advised us to dine during off-peak hours and replenished the food. It's also close to the coastline with convenient transportation and excellent amenities nearby. The gym and laundry room were very clean, and they even offered congee late at night, which was such a warm touch.

Guest UserOut of town but lower price Atour outlets. This hotel’s air conditioning is terrible. It’s early May and the weather is not too cooling but the aircond auto shut down around 4/5am. The air conditioning ducts are built near to windows hence the already weak air flow doesn’t cool the entire room. The rooms have cigarette smoke and the housekeeping can’t do much abt it as there’s no strict enforcement on no smoking rules despite signs being put up. Lots of local guests smoke in the room while keeping the hotel room door open. I’ve stayed at this chain hotels in GZ, Chengdu, Beijing, Changchun & Harbin and all of them are able to provide stand fan upon request but not this branch. Suggest the mgmt team to improve on the flaws mentioned as I would like to continue being an Atour guest

My business trip stay at Atour Hotel exceeded all expectations. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby – perfect for business travelers. The room was spotless and bright, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable; the Plant mattress combined with soft down comforters truly melted away the fatigue of a busy day. What really surprised me were the service details: the front desk efficiently handled my check-in and proactively asked about my air conditioning preferences. Returning late from work, I could even enjoy a comforting bowl of congee before 11 PM. The reading space and free coffee in the Lobby Zhuju (bamboo study) allowed me to relax even during short breaks. Breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, plus local specialties (like Beijing Zha Jiang Mian and Nanjing Wonton), and they even offered to pack it for early flights. The 24-hour laundry room and gym were a godsend for business travelers; the thoughtful service of washing, drying, folding, and returning clothes to my room completely eliminated any worries. From check-in to check-out, every step felt 'people-centric' and warm. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip!

Guest UserThe hotel is clean and hygienic, and this is my second stay, which was just as good as the first. I stayed for six days this time, but I was a bit dissatisfied on the first and last days of my stay. Firstly, the room I got this time was a little smaller than before. Secondly, the neighbors next door were incredibly inconsiderate – they'd slam doors open and shut, and there was constant banging and clattering in their room, like they were dragging furniture around or hammering on things. It was like they had ADHD; as long as they were in the room, there was noise, right up until the middle of the night. If I had to live next to them long-term, we'd definitely end up feuding. On the last night, I had even noisier neighbors than before, if that's even possible – it sounded like they were trying to tear the place down. Even if the hotel has good soundproofing, it can't stand up to someone completely lacking in manners.

Guest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations. First, the service was exceptional; from the welcoming staff at the entrance to the front desk, everyone was incredibly enthusiastic, professional, and ready to answer any questions. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were comprehensive, with stable water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, I was extremely satisfied; it was a delightful stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to this city.
