Element Properties in Xiamen

Our stay was wonderfully comfortable. We enjoyed the seaside promenade, the refreshing sea breeze, and the unbeatable view from the hotel breakfast. A food street was just a short walk away, and even during the May Day holiday, it didn't feel overly crowded. Furthermore, a massive thank you to the duty manager and all the wonderful staff on duty at the hotel's Guest Services Department. They proactively contacted me to inform me that I had left my watch in the room and diligently followed up until it was safely shipped back to me. This level of service was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. I will definitely choose Element again for my next trip to Xiamen!
