Several issues occurred during my stay that I feel could’ve been easily resolved had their housekeeping team been more vigilant. For example, the cold water didnt work from the bathroom faucet, no toilet paper, hairdryer was broken, and window couldn’t close fully. These were resolved eventually by the staff, but took multiple requests to get them to fix one thing. Almost like I made a request and they immediately forgot. At least the property is right next to a subway station. That’s its saving grace.

I have always liked Atour. The transportation is quite convenient, there is a parking lot, it is close to the bus station, and the subway station is a little distance away. The service is also very good. The New Year atmosphere of the hotel is also good. There are free porridge and side dishes at night. The only thing is that the central air-conditioning in the duplex room is opened upstairs, so it is very hot upstairs and very cold downstairs... The only thing I am not satisfied with is that when the front desk opened the membership, they opened a WPS membership for me without asking my opinion, and I don’t need it. I hope it will be improved next time!
