Came to Xiamen with my baby and chose the Baisheng Wutong, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! I wanted to find a hotel where my kids could play in the sand, swim, and have a ball pit. AI recommended this place, and after booking, the staff kindly upgraded us to a sea-view room for free. My friend and I brought our two kids, and right from the moment we arrived, staff were there to open car doors and help with our luggage. They even carried our bags inside, which almost made me feel a bit embarrassed! And every time we came and went by car, someone was always there to open doors and help with luggage – truly made us feel at home. Accommodation-wise, it was top-notch. The beach was right downstairs, and the kids loved watching the waves while they ate. Since we had two little ones, we often called for inquiries, extra slippers, or towels, and the service was always excellent and super prompt. I was impressed that the kids' play area even had a children's restroom – such great attention to detail! The pool also provided towels and had two small heated pools. You could just let the kids play there while you enjoyed the main pool, without worrying about them getting cold or even drowning. My friend and I are big fans of tea restaurants, so we bought a group deal for the buffet at Yangyang Restaurant. The variety and taste truly surpassed anything we've had in Suzhou. Our kids ate until they were stuffed but still didn't want to leave. Even though the weather wasn't great during our stay, it didn't stop the kids from going downstairs to dig in the sand. The beach was fun and safe. Finally, a big thank you to AI for recommending such a fantastic hotel. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

The sea-view room offers a fantastic, expansive view, and there's a kids' play area. The lobby on the first floor is very picturesque, perfect for photos, and there's also a heated swimming pool – it's very child-friendly. All the staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they helped with our luggage, and the concierge department used a robot to deliver our food and packages multiple times, always with great patience and a wonderful attitude. It was so heartwarming! The experience was truly excellent, and I'm already looking forward to visiting this gem of a hotel again. The service was excellent! They called on the same day to confirm our special room requests and did their best to accommodate us. Huge thanks to them! The room was spacious with a great view ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧. When we came back in the evening, the service attendant even did the turndown service! It felt really comfortable. You can also catch the sunrise from the hotel if you want to in the morning!

I stayed at this hotel when it first opened, and many years have passed since then. While the facilities may not be as modern, the hotel still maintains its upscale and grand ambiance. The service is very professional, and they even offer turn-down service. From my room, I could see the Xiamen-Kinmen Bridge under construction.

Great location, less than a 10-minute taxi ride from Takasaki Airport. The kids' club is fantastic, and the private beach is pretty good too. My child had a wonderful time. The Chinese restaurant's food was also quite good. The hotel is generally well-maintained. It definitely lives up to its reputation as a family-friendly hotel.

Checked in on May 3rd, and the price was significantly higher than usual (nearly double). However, having direct access to the beach anytime makes it a great choice for families with kids. One of the boys in our group played at Dreamland Island for 3 hours, which was a nice break for the adults. The breakfast was quite rich, and the paid lunch buffet was also good. The room was clean and tidy, and we got an automatic upgrade to a sea-view room with a beautiful view.
