I loved staying here at this hotel. The staff during check-in spoke in excellent English, and was very helpful.
It's located near the train station and a metro station where the two metro lines cross, this means you can get anywhere in Xiamen quickly. The street in front of the hotel is filled with great restaurants and small eateries. There are a couple of fruit vendors, a convenience store and coffee places as well as a shopping mall with a good foodcourt. You won't have trouble finding a great meal around the hotel.
Breakfast was great, I really liked the "bento" style where you get a different Chinese breakfast meal every day (see photos).
It really seemed the staff would do everything for great service. One night, I wanted to do self-service laundry, but the machine was occupied and the staff offered to take care of the laundry so it would be ready in the morning, saving me a lot of time. If I ever go back to Xiamen, I'm definitely staying here again!

I'm so impressed. Hotel has an ice machine nearby the lobby which I can take it every time. All Staffs are lovely and kind. There is 1 staff who can speak English very well, but others staffs who can't speak English also have good common sense in communicating. I also got a survivor gift from hotel staff.
Location also good can walk to Shopping center, nearby hotel 5 by walk have very good Salon named DM.

Room is clean and modern.
Sadly, since other guests were smoking in their rooms and hallway, our room smelled like cigarettes about half of the time.

Excellent location near major shopping areas and numerous restaurants. Hotel rooms were spotlessly clean.
Very modern facilities like self closing blackout curtains and motion triggered safety lights

It's a great hotel. I booked a double room. The front desk helped me upgrade my room. The service counter, the security guard, and the breakfast aunt were all very kind. The chrysanthemum tea at the afternoon tea bar next to it was delicious, and there was a robot delivering it. Dining is only about 400 meters away from Hubin East Road subway station. The buffet at Azhong Hotel downstairs is priced by weight. It is quite delicious. The noodle soup next to it is also good. My daughter left her facial cleanser on the washbasin and the counter informed her to pick it up. , my first night stay in Xiamen, very satisfied, highly recommended, thank you!
